Works as advertised!
The latitude 5285 I purchased did not have a battery so I ordered this battery and it works perfectly. Did not take long to install and it charged quickly as it already had 45% on the battery when it came in.

Dell 5285 works with no issues.
Got this to replace an original dell battery that was only operating at 50% (damaged cells). I did not have the same issue as other customers did with needing the AC power cable to start the tablet. My order came with all the tools needed to perform the replacement. Once installed I was able to power the tablet without the AC cable, ran Dell Diagnostics before booting to Windows and everything checked out. Performed the battery cycling (letting it die and the charging to 100% as per the included instructions). The tablet lasts as long on battery power as it did when it was new.

Lasted 10 months
Battery lasted 10 months before it stopped working. Luckily their customer service is great and offered a replacement.

All parts for replacement were included, and it works great
have to say, the laptop works like new and I'm glad all the parts/tools needed were included in the package, so i was able to fix the laptop during my lunch break at work.got me back to full factory battery life. runs like new.had i known it was this simple, id have done it quite a while ago.

The media could not be loaded. It's actually what the description says it is for some reason ppl are sealing fake parts for the dell 2 in 1 on Amazon so do be careful if u looking for parts and if yours is over heating alot just put linux on it and it will run way better

lots of juice but can't start tablet without a power supply plugged in
battery works fine but for some reason if I turn off or sleep and leave for a little while the pc will not start up again until I plug in a charger or USB battery into the usbC port. once it starts I can unplug and it runs fine. weird.

Easy to install. Went from about 20 minute on old battery to 5 hours with this new one

Faulty battery
I installed the battery but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t charge. Whenever I unplug the power supply, the laptop shuts down!
