Prime Arcades Virtual Pinball 900 Games in 1 Hundreds of Classic Pinball Games - Pinball FX2 FX3 - Full Size Machine

I purchased this machine a year ago and have had issues from the beginning. Games not working correctly, no nudge, no music on music tables, ect. I ended up speaking to Tommy and Freedom (owner) about these issues. Tommy sent a new SSD drive with the "Nudge" issue resolved. However it was not resolved. Finally Freedom called me and advised me that pinball is new to their business. He told me if I went through all 900+ games and sent him the issues I found (like a beta tester) he would send me all updates in perpetually for my efforts to make his product better. I did this. It took over 80hrs to run each table, play at least one full game, find any issues, and enter this into a document for his review. After a few weeks I sent Freedom half the tables then sent him the other half a few weeks later. This was over a month of my free time to help his product thinking this would help my machine also. He responded back after my last report that he would look over my review and make the adjustments to the tables. He also said he would send me the updates when completed to Beta test to make his next version better.This was Jan/Feb 2022. I reached out to Freedom throughout the year and was told many times that they were working on the updates and I was going to receive the update as soon as it was finished. Nov at the latest. Nov came and Freedom refused my calls and seemed to tell his folks to tell me he was not in or busy at the moment. Finally he responded to me and the response was "We changed our system for the updates you suggested and the system you have is no longer available for updates since we needed to make too many changes. Sorry we can't update your system anymore."Spend a little more for a better machine and better support. I will never buy from Prime Arcades again.

This gem is worth worth every penny! I grew up on pinball in the late 70s and early 80s. This has every game from then plus older and newer ones! Absolutely incredible going back and playing machines I haven't played in years or ever! Plus they have the new FX games which are more modern. Excellent service for this item as well. I will be playing this machine for years.

So many games that I enjoyed growing up in one machine! Sound quality and touch of the flippers is spot on. The feel of the virtual machine was so much better than I imagined it would be. The best part is none of the hassle associated with non virtual pinball machine maintenance!
