A few aren’t working

I installed this in our commode room. Great for dimming low at night for those middle of the night bathroom trips. You can make it as bright or dim as you wish.This replaces a much more expensive dimmer switch that had a slide control. The knob ultimately broke off, rendering the previous dimmer useless.The instructions are very helpful and it is very easy to install (although, being the daughter of an electrician probably helped me).

Love the style and how easy to set it, it will be nice if the dimmer buttons a bit bigger, this switch worked great with 6 recess lights and each one rating 12 watt, no noise, no flicker, just the sound of the click, when pressing the button. I have no idea how long it will last but I'm satisfied with it, at minimum and maximum brightest settings, also the status indicator was a plus for me, no more wonder where the switch was. Just follow the enclosed instruction for single or 3 way and it will be up and running if any one does buy it.

Bought in July 2023, worked great until September 2023, then the dimmer functionality failed. Switch unit will work as a relay, or light on/off at 100%, but dimming function is non existent.I tried their power cycle, and hard reset functions, but the dinner is shot. I don’t recommend buying this unit.

It’s good but I wished it would dim with every push. It may just be the lights, idk. But it’s an ok dimmer

I bought two about a year and half ago and they are still working perfectly. One controls a five light chandelier and the other four recessed over the counter lights, both in the kitchen. No flicker. Lights can get very dim at the lowest settings which is nice.

The price is good but it comes with issues 1) It does not respond to the dimming button upon pressing down. It takes about a second or so for the dimming function to activate. 2) Two of the units that I installed have already stopped dimming. They stay up on full brightness all the time. The dimmer switch was okay for a week and then turned into an on/off switch only. 3) The description for multi-switch function is incomplete therefore I was not able to install them. Again, the price is half of the famous brand for a reason.

I bought this to replace a 3 way rocker switch.The switch looks nice and elegant. Both the power switch and dimming controls are push buttons. There is a bank of small LEDs to show the dimming level (8 altogether). The tactile response of the push buttons are crisp, but the dimming electronics is not super responsive. One needs to keep the button pressed for a second or so to change the dimming level. The maximum and minimum brightness can be adjusted since different LED bulbs respond differently. I used the switch to control a linear pendant dining table light with 4 bulbs. I put in LED bulbs from two brands, and their brightness are not the same at the low setting.Installation of the switch is not as straightforward as a mechanical 3-way switch. The way the switch works is not just cutting on or off electricity supply to the bulb. First of all, it needs active and neutral lines to power the electronics. Secondly, it uses the other 3-way rocker switch only as a digital logical gate to control the electronics in the dimmer switch and not to cut power on/off to the load. The installation therefore requires that you know which of the two switches in your circuit connects to the line (power source), and which connects to the load (to the light). You also need to be able to identify the two separate traveller 1 and 2 wires between the 3-way switches. The instructions are clear (available online) but you need to be able to follow the directions correctly. If you plan to do it yourself but are uncomfortable with such installation, this switch is not for you.I have the switch in for 3 weeks and it had been working flawlessly. My wife loves the aesthetic.I read here that some people have issues with the switch failing after a couple of months. I will update this review if it happens to me as well. But so far, I have no problem and like the build and versatility of the switch.

I bought 8 and installed. Six of them are on single pole circuits and we're easy to install. Two were on a 3 way switch and that was a bit more complicated. The video for doing the 3 way install was very helpful , now they work perfectly. Great Dimmers.

great switch with nice led feature. easy to install and great quality.

Bought a10 pack. Thought it was a good price but 1 of them was defective out of the box. Had my contractors put the other 9 in and thought all was well but with less than one month usage, started to notice some flickering with two of the nine switches that were installed. Pretty sure it's not the bulbs as the lights in the other room (with the same bulbs and same type of dinner switch) don't flicker. Contacted bessten customer service both times with the problems and never got a response. So it seems like the product isn't that reliable (as 3/10 switches now show issues, who knows how much longer the other 7 will operate properly) and their customer service really isn't that helpful.
