This was a beautiful purchase on a few levels. The packaging was very nice and the pan itself was beautiful. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. My only regret is not having their complimentary bread recipe booklet in hand. It is a download, but I don't have a printer. Otherwise, this is a lovely gift to give someone who is a baker. It came with two dough cutter/scraper - a small and a nice large one, a cloth for dough proofing/shaping, a cool little lame for scoring, a nice thin mat to use on the counter if needed, and the three-loaf Baguette Pan. Great deal and good quality. ...Christmas and birthday ideas...

I love baguettes and this fits the bill. The proofing mat is awesome and the baking pan lets the bread cook evenly. I never was able to make crispy crusts like you get at a French Bakery in France. Today was different the bread just came out with a much crispier crust without having a steamer in my oven to assist the job. Today was the first time using this as I just got it the other day. No issues with shipping. It will make a nice gift for yourself and baker friends. Thanks for a quality product with extras.

Excellent product, I highly recommend this for anyone looking to try their hand at baking baguettes or even if you are an experienced baker looking to add to or replace some equipment. I have tried all the recipes and enjoyed all of them. Point to watch out for, the more you bake the more you will eat!! The baguette will stay fresh for no more than 2 days unless you freeze them. Bake away and enjoy!!

I made vegan gluten free baguettes the other day. They came out perfect. I probably should have read the directions (my bad)- I did not season the pan and I used water on the proofing cloth. I hope I did not ruin it. I can't wait to make more bread.

The kit has everything I needed to make my first batch of baguettes. They came out perfect. The pan was easy to handle and the baguettes just popped out without oiling the pan. I love that it comes with the silicone mat, dough scrapper and cutter. I wish the scoring tool has at least one replacement blade. I left oil on it for an hour and it started to rust and it was hard to clean so I'll replace it with the razor blade scoring tool. Besides, the scoring tool, I love the kit along with the free digital recipe book.

I expect to write a review of my results today but I have not received the book of recipes offered with my purchase, so I would be reflecting someone else’s recipe. Where is it?

This is a great set, especially for a beginner or as a gift to someone who might be interested in learning to bake baguettes. I have had wonderful success at baking mini baguettes, since ordering the pan and the accompanying items. I love the size of the pan, which fits into my oversized convection toaster oven without any problems. I highly recommend this boxed set to anyone who is interested in baking baguettes!

Love the weight and feel of this baguette pan. Made gluten free baguettes and they turned out beautifully!
