So heres the story of how this goofy little rubber thing changed my life. My husband has been a terrible chronic snorer for a long time. Ive been so frustrated with him becaue he would keep me awake all night every night. We tried elevating his head, lauing on his side, breathe right strips, everything. So he ordered this product and we gave it a try. And omg IT ACTUALLY WORKED! I am honestly very surprised. This huge unsolvable problem for all these years has finally been solved. Its such a relief.

Please be cautious when purchasing this product. The description is not clear enough and I can not elaborate enough for you all to please use caution when purchasing. I am still recovering from horrible sores inside my nostrils that have caused bleeding and pain. I only used for half the night as I woke up in such pain. Theu are not true to fittings and you will have no improvement in sleep quality unfortunately it was a nightmare. I don't want what I have experienced to happen to anyone else, just use great caution when purchasing as also there is no return on this which was also a bummer after all I have been through and remind you this was 5 weeks ago and my nostrils are still healing. You don't want to experience what I have been through and that is being a 100% honest. It is very unfortunate 😕

The older I’ve become the louder my snoring has become as well. I have always been so embarrassed by it, especially since my husband started complaining and telling me how he can’t ever sleep because of it. (And he’s deaf in one ear!!!!!)I went to an ENT and he explained my nostrils are actually pinching in when I breathe (totally not normal), and that I could try nose cones but I should definitely have surgery to fix my problem.I purchased these until I could have the surgery done just to see if this really could be the cause of my snoring, and lo and behold, my snoring instantly stopped. My husband is ecstatic! I couldn’t be happier and now I’m not afraid I’m waking my husband up! And the best part is my sleep quality drastically improved! I didn’t realize I even had a breathing issue until these made it abundantly clear how much my collapsed cartilage had actually effected my sleep quality. My neurologist actually thought I might have narcolepsy, I’m scheduled for a sleep study later this month. But I don’t think I even need it now! (Of course I will still follow through with the study just incase there is more to the story.)My only slight complaint is, because I have a slight deviation in my septum causing it to veer to the left a bit, my left nostril becomes slightly irritated by the cones with the ridges; the ridges keep the cones in no matter how much you toss and turn. But seriously, I’d take the slight irritation over my snoring issue any day of the week, hands down.Buy it. Seriously. It works.

I had been having blood pressure problems for years, I was in denial and did NOT want to take blood pressure medications, I tried natural supplements, exercise, diet modifications with no results, my doctor told me that my blood pressure problems were possibly due sleeping difficulty during sleep, he asked me if I snored and I said yes, he asked me if someone had told me that I stop breathing while sleep, so I asked my wife, and she said YES!, my doctor recommended a sleep study and possibly a Cpap machine, I had not issues with that so I agreed, that same day I looked online for something that I could start using "RIGHT AWAY" since I was worried about my health, I purchased these "little things", I receive them the next day, I put them on as soon as I received them and as soon as i had them in place I knew they were going to work, I was able to breath through my nose 1000 times better!!!!!, I now use them all day long because they are so comfortable I forget that they are in my nose, as long as I'm wearing my mask I can use them at work or anywhere. It has been 2 weeks since I purchase this product and I COULT NOT BELIEVE!!!! the blood pressure readings that I have been getting for the past 2 weeks, the highest was 122/70, when previous to this product my blood pressure was averaging 140-145/91-95, this morning my blood pressure was 117/67, pulse 72 and my sleeping is described my my wife as "You don't make a sound all night", I am so amazed by how this product worked at least for me, I am still going to go through with the Sleep study, but I'm not so sure of the C pap machine, I already ordered and received a 2nd order of nose vents and I'm so excited I've been recommending them to all my family and friends.

These things work great. There have been a few occasions where I've had them fall out, however, the smaller sized ones seem to stay in just fine throughout the night.Update: Couple months in and they've definitely given me a better sleep at night; this was a great purchase.

Read the Q&A section before you buy. I feel like I got duped but it's too late. I tried to return these after a week of giving them a try, but Amazon says they cannot be returned. I wish I had known that before purchasing. I don't see anywhere on the product page that you can't get your money back.My wife says I'm still snoring. Bunch of good these did.Update: I contacted Amazon customer service and they offered to refund me for the item. I didn't have to return it either. Amazon for the win, but I'm still going to keep it a 1 star rating.

These did not stay in my nose unless I put them in far enough to touch the inner most-sensitive part of my nose, where they were painful. Then I got a headache and a runny nose. These are very uncomfortable. I didn't attempt to sleep with them because I would never be able to go to sleep with them stuck in my nose. I am glad they seem to have worked for other people. Certainly not for me.

Brought these cos was told by my partner that I snore. ...not sure if that's true cos I was asleep until the dig in the ribs. 4 different fittings included in a plastic tub. The size I use are very comfortable, stay in all night and have to say I sleep very well and no more sore ribs cos been told they have stopped my snoring !!!.

Heavy snorer here. After 2 weeks of use, can confirm they do the job. Wife said snoring is much less, and not so loud, though not completely gone. I guess results will vary from person to person, but they certainly help ease the breathing and reduce snoring. Considering the affordable price, you can't really go wrong here. Also, quick and trouble-free delivery, no complaints there. Can definitely recommend.

I purchased these after reading other reviews, I have used them every night since purchasing them and find them much better and more comfortable then the more expensive mute i previously purchased.

Seem to work as the one night I didn't wear them my wife woke me and asked me to please put use my Nose Vents!Certainly make breathing a lot easier and sleeping better for both me and my wife.

I love these snore vents, comfortable to wear & my partner has said they've more less stopped my snoring, but I am snoring a little but no where near as loud to wake her up.
