Fine product., but I always pour the product out of these bags and into other more suitable containers.

Perfect for making eatables shelf stable longer
I use these to make eatables shelf stable for longer periods of time. The small amount needed does not alter taste what-so-ever. This will last me a lifetime. So far 5 weeks and nothing is spoiling, melting, or growing fuzz. Seems to be working as expected.

The product is potassium sorbate, as described. Works fine. There was a little leakage from the bag, but it was double-bagged for that purpose, I suppose.
