Missing piece…so disappointing
I received this as a gift and it’s missing a small piece that puts it all together…who do I contact for that?

Terrible instructions and doesn’t work
The instructions are almost impossible to follow. Once we got it assembled the turn handle was flimsy and didn’t work.

Not worth the time. Or money.
It does not stay together, the rotation wheel is choppy and it is not a fluid motion, which causes the marbles to get stuck. It just is not worth the time it takes to put together.Ours also had 2 pieces that came melted at the edges. Very disappointing birthday present for my 4 year old.If I wouldnt have thrown the box away, I would return it.

It says the 6 +, Having difficulty putting it together. Grandson is 8. WOW.
Once this is assembled should be no problem. You have a grid to follow. Add this part at 6 C, and so on. Will, post a picture when done.

The instructions were hard to follow.
The instructions were hard to follow. The plastic chain isn't tight enough to keep the gears going so the kids got bored with it quickly.

Doesn’t work as expected
The elevator part that carries the marbles back up doesn’t work as expected. The marbles get stuck or they fall off. It was also hard to build with the instructions given.
