500A 12V Winch Relay Solenoid Replacement Contactor for 8000-15000lb ATV UTV Truck 4WD 4x4 Winch

NO, I did not purchase this 500amp relay for a Winch! Because of the unique contact configuration and dual coils, it was a perfect electrical configuration substitution for the mechanical direction selector on the old E-Z-Go Golf Carts (1997+). It was always a pain to change direction in my Golf Car because of the mechanical selector would get stiff from time to time. With a little ingenuity, I have replaced the mechanical selector with a simple rocker switch on the dash by throwing away the mechanical selector and installing one of these GREAT relays. IT WORKS PERFECT! I had to install some other components, however, the total cost of the change was about the same as replacing the mechanical selector, and now it's done. GREAT RELAY!!!

I purchased this to upgrade the factory solenoids for a Warn M8000. The install was a breeze. The small compact size make it easy to find a place in the engine compartment for placement. I would highly recommend using a contactor pack to upgrade any winch.

Exactly what I needed to fix my x20 comp not sure how long it will last but it worked

Been on my trailer for a few months now. I hooked up Jumper cables wrong and sent 24v to my winch. Smoked out the wiring but the solenoid survived. Great quality.

Replacement part for my Badlands 9000 winch. Time will tell since the original which is the exact part failed after 2 uses. Will update after extensive use.

I replaced the solenoid with the new one from Amazon. It did not fix the problem. I don’t know what else to do. Should I return it or do I have a different problem? I don’t know.
