It's OK, has stayed non-stick for months, no problems. The label attached to the pan says "in order to prolong the life of this product, wash by hand"., which is disappointing, but I have been doing so. Interestingly, it also says not to immerse the hot pan in cold water, as this might damage the coating. I wonder if this is the reason so many other ceramic pans are getting poor reviews. I never do this, anyway, but thought it was worth mentioning

It's not the best non stick pan and things burn easily. It needs quite abit of of oil so not good if you are watching calories.

Some time ago I bought the 20cm version of this pan. It made a wonderful omelette pan, totally non stick, requiring only the tiniest amount of oil, wrote clean and still as good as the day I bought it. This larger pan seems to be every bit as good. It might look a little insubstantial compared with some, but I have never owned a better plan.
