I received the item on time. The product is good and works. But would not update so wouldn't work. Have a few of these products. Seller was quick to respond and return it.

Dislikes: it only records for 30 seconds so misses much of the event. Have to pay to keep recordings beyond 48 hours. Works with Wi-Fi active so won’t be good in power black outs.Likes: clear images. Mainly reliable but has missed a few known events. Easy to install. Battery means will be active in power cut but needs Wi-Fi to report.

This is great - easy to set up - works perfectly but the movement detector - even on max sensitivity meant you had to be within 1 metre for it to trigger the camera which makes it useless and it is being returned.Very disappointed as it is a nice looking product and great picture quality.

This product is so easy to install and set up.The app is easy to use plus its a fabulous deterrent.

The media could not be loaded. Best camera wireless by far . Had three other models and sent back as didn’t work. East instillation and easy to work with phone . Love it .

Purchased 3 of these as I like the ease of being able to have it held by magents so east to take off to charge etc.Product its self is not great. I can walk into my warehouse which is well lit and walk aroun dfor approx 40 seconds before it will even realise someone is there. Ive got 3 and they are all the same so cant just be that one unit.When it does notify you of motion its really slow to open up the camera via the app and display the picture. Also if someone comes into view of the camera and they are quick they can be gone again befor ethe camera starts recording. so if you had someone stealing a parcel off your door step they could grab it and be half way down the path before it wakes up.Contacted support and they were equally as bad. Usual is there internet.... YES can you restart the internet.... YES I have. I told them the Ring door bell I also have (2 of them) works instantly on the very same broadband.After about 3 days they said the tech people would look through the logs and see if they could find an issue and I never heard anything again.For about the same money just buy a Ring alarm they do actualy work.***** UPDATE******Ok so here we are further down the line and it’s now stopped working. Doesn’t reconnect after charging. I’ve reset etc but nothing.Replaced with ring camera instead. Seriously don’t waste your money on these.Battery is useless, sensors are useless and it will be knackered within in 12 months

I don't have any type of cctv outside my home and really wanted a camera at the front door/porch especially as times have changed due to the pandemic. I don't like my kids opening the front door for parcel deliveries. The camera is a compact size and comes with fixture and fittings as well as the magnetic mount and instructions. The set up was straight forward out the box to link the camera all I had to do was download the app once linked I was able to view live stream from my phone. There are settings available in the app to set preferences such as alerts . motion detection. Alerts are sent straight to your phone.The camera is the size of my palm and well made and looks of very good quality. Comes with a charging cable so can recharge the camera, but the batteries last ages. Im planning to mount my camera just above then door high enough for the reach of anyone but easy reach for me with a small step ladder.The best thing is this camera is wireless and also has two way chat so am able to talk to anyone who is at the door & hear them without opening the door. This is an affordable option for a survilance camera and so far I'm very pleased with its functionality it does the job.The footage is clear and it also has night vision and switches over automatically when it gets dark. Stickers are also provided so your able to stick on your windows to make aware that there is video monitoring 23/7 at your home.updated review - few months on . To slow to detect motion i have a front garden with a path and the camera doesn’t detect movement until someone is at my front door and depending what way they are facing i can’t tell who it is . i’ve played around the position however it’s still only detects motion when someone is directly in front of camera and not from a far which means recording only starts seconds later to late . The other problem i encountered was i couldn’t always access my camera when i was out i would get notification but sometimes it would say cant connect to camera at this moment and the rare occasion it does connect who ever at was at the door has already left and the recording only started when they were facing the other way so i only can see who it was from the back.
