Back in business
We have a bathroom oddly in the very front of our house. Additionally, a low placed window gives very little privacy and the curtains had to be closed all the time. With the privacy panels we can use the bathroom, even at night and our curtains are open during the day, yay! The panels were easy enough to put up. I would advise you to use sharp scissors rather than an exacto knife.

Not easy, not attractive
I found this product to be surprising difficult to apply. I ended up with cut marks on my window frames. I am only moderately inept. I eventually used a liquid product available on Amazon (Gallery Window Color (Cleaer)) that was less expensive, was far easier to apply, and looked much better.

Product packaging is crap. I just received the role with with a huge wrinkle in it. I attempted to use the product hoping it would still work. Unfortunately I now have a series of horizontal bubbles that cannot be pressed out. Now I get to buy a second role from a company that cares about their products!

Backing is really hard to get off
Ever since I bought my condo (almost 8 years ago) I have wanted to put something like this on the windows in my front door but just never got around to it, until now.The film is on a roll taped and sealed in plastic. It is very easy to get open. Included with the roll of film is an instruction sheet.I cut pieces a little bit bigger than my window and followed the instructions to out it on.Here's a couple of tips that I learned from doing 4 small windows on my door.-Make sure your window is wet to install the film. The more water you have, the easier the film will move around.-To get the plastic off the back, fold a tiny bit of the corner over, get that little corner wet, pinch it in your fingers and roll it to loosen the film. Any method other than this made it impossible to get the plastic off the back.- Position the film and wait for it to dry before trimming the excess with a box cutter.-Use a credit card to smooth all of the air bubbles out from underneath the film while it's still wet.I am happy with this film, I love that no one can look in my door anymore!I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Doesn't cut light and affordable!
I live in a basement apartment so natural light is a prized commodity. However, my dog is not the biggest fan of the construction workers and heavy equipment that have suddenly appeared next door. I wanted a window film that wouldn't cut our light but would obscure any movement. I chose the Amposei Non-Adhesive Frosted Film as a first try figuring that it was cheap and wouldn't mark the windows. It was wonderful! I was able to easily cut it to size with scissors, apply it with nothing more than a spray bottle, plastic spackle knife, and paper towels, and trim to perfection with a box cutter. I can see why some reviewers found the plastic backing difficult to remove, but if you have fingernails and good eyesight it shouldn't be a problem. It has stayed put for a few weeks of tumultuous New England weather, doesn't reduce the light noticeably, and has completely eradicate unwanted barking. I'm a fan!
