I've had several coffee flasks over the years and I was looking for something new with serviceable parts.The build quality is exceptional, the lid is easy to clean (followed a YouTube video to assist with this), I love the carry handle on the lid and it also helps with opening and closing the lid. I've had other brands where the lids never feel clean or the drinking section starts leaking (failed buttons) etc. I am very confident this won't happen again, if it does I can replace the lid rather than have to buy a new flask.I've had one minor leak so far and that was my fault for not closing the drinking opening, I won't be making that mistake again.If anything the flask is too well insulated, if I am going to be drinking my coffee within a couple of hours I have to leave to lid off for a while to let the coffee cool down a little.I haven't tried for cold drinks yet.Being able to buy alternative and replacement lids sealed the deal for me.

Very good at keeping coffee warm. I use it around the house as well as on journeys.

I've had one of these for a couple of years now, it's been excellent, keeps a brew hot for hours and never leaks, we needed a second one and this was the obvious choice. A very good mug

The flask doesn't keep drinks piping hot for a long period of time. I had hot chocolate in the flask and it was difficult to get clean around the lid opening.

Easy to clean, no leaks, hard wearing and I’ve dropped mine a few times!

A piece of plastic from the mouth piece, where your lower lip would touch it, cracked off. This was after a year of wear and tear though. I immediately got a new one. It's a great product. Highly recommend

Really loved this flask, the colour, the size and the fact that the first time i used it my ice stayed unmelted overnight, which i found really cool. You can disassemble it to wash then reassemble. Since the first disassembly its never been the same, when i put it back together it either leaks or nothing comes out when i try to drink from it and i only got it in august but its already chipped (ive never dropped it so dunno how that happened) sad disappointment cause i was excited about it
