Very Poorly Made – Easily Falls Apart
Total waste of time. I got this to hold a medium to small sized Fuji camera and it only worked for about an hour before one of the legs popped off – I actually thought it was just a feature to easily remove legs or something but no, this is just really poorly made. The other leg also popped off... with barely any moving around... I've seen this type of tripod grip onto all sorts of things and get bent around constantly... this felt cheap and proved itself to be total garbage within a few hours... very disappointing and sent it back for a refund.

Great present for a photographer
For my dad's birthday I got him this part and a EXMAX Tripod Mini Ball Head to create a knock-off of a $65 gorillapod. Both items work great. My dad's been a professional photographer all of my life, though he's about halfway retired now, so he probably spends more time taking pictures for fun rather than for money. He has a nice full sized tripod, a nice telescoping monopod, and a weird mini-tripod, but he seemed excited about this. I think he'll actually get some use out of it too because I've seen him try to balance a camera on a rock and on a fence post to get some pictures before.

Disappointed...
I got this tripod along with my Cannon Power shot G7x this past Tuesday ( It's now Thursday) and as I was going to set the tripod up tonight, one of the legs snapped off completely... I read great reviews on this product resulting in my purchase and ended up being one of the unlucky ones apparently. There was no rough play about it that caused it to break, just plain snapped as I casually went to pull apart the leg. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem with this particular product, but my experience had been great up until tonight.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. As others had mentioned, I had the same problem with the leg falling off shortly after purchase. I only tried this with my iphone 7 plus. It held up the phone up no problem (before the leg broke, luckily it was not holding my phone at the time.. Do you really want to trust your expensive phone on a tripod that has a common issue of a leg falling off?

A very useful product and made out of very good material
A very useful product and made out of very good material. It can hold most lightweight SLR's cameras but I wouldn't recommend this if you're trying to use this on a bigger SLR like a D80 and bigger. That being said once you get the right size for your camera then it works perfectly.

great if you dont drop the little metal piece
I really liked it before the metal part that holds the camera up fell out and I cant use it anymore. The way you can position it gets perfect views for vlogging, but like I said I havent had it very long and cant use it because the part that holds the camera on went missingUpdate I found the metal piece and within a week of using again one of the legs popped off

Pretty mediocre...
I bought this because they don't normally allow regular tripods in certain establishments. Despite having a small censor DSLR, which is pretty light weight, the tripod would easily bend and won't stay in place. I also wrap the legs around a metal bar the size of an arm, one leg snapped, and would not wrap around the bar securely. There's also a bigger thread that attached to your camera, when removed, another smaller thread appears, I'm assuming this is for another type of camera. Anyways, i thread the bigger screw to my DSLR and it got stucked inside and almost couldn't retrieve it. Try another brand.

Love this! I have been using it with my sony a5000 camera. It is sturdy and easy to use. Handling the flexipod is also easy.
