WORKS GOOD
USED ON A HORSE TRAILER THRESHOLD FOR LOADING.I EXPECT IT TO HOLD UP TO THE SHOE ABUSE OF HORSES BUT TIME WILL TELL.

It works ok, but it sure doesn’t cover a lot of area!
I used this for the base of a small luggage area on a camper. The directions were easy (you have to activate it through the bottom and shake the heck out of the can for a few minutes). It worked well, sprayed evenly, and appears durable. But it’s a fairly smaller can, and it’s not a lot of product inside, and it’s fairly expensive. I barely got through my small job, would’ve loved a bit more coverage, but I wasn’t going to buy another can, and stall the job. Buyer beware, one can won’t cover much area!!

Tough
Used it for a truck camper escape hatch over the bed. Was pretty well deteriorated and cracking. Took it off cleaned it and sprayed both sides. Actually turned out Better then if i replaced with new. Lot stronger and doesn’t rattle in a cross wind when open. Been on there number of years a still looks as good as the day i did it.

Pay attention to Details
I had this situation on the sill of my van. I have recently mounted new tires (BF Goodrich G-force Comp 2's - very cool looking) and they are 3/4" wider and I immediatley noticed more water and debris deposited on the sill and figured the rust promlem was only going to be accelerated so recognized something durable and absorbing that won't rock chip would be necessary.I was concerned with the negative comments so I contacted them wanting assurance my can would be viable. I got a whitewash response which disapointed me.I decided to pursue the project with this material anyway as I wanted white (as opposed to black with black bedliner or adhesive vinyl 3" tape) . I did the required body work, sanded the sill, taped off, wiped with acatone. Prepared the can according to the instructions and made the application. Here are my observations; I warmed the shop all night so the surface would be warm. And, placed the can next to a heat source. Not right in front of it ! But, close enough to warm up. I turned the can upside down over night (primer too) . I think the pre-puncture and post puncture shaking is critical. I found that applying the material back handed (in this case, left to right for a right handed person) worked for me due to the odd angle I was applying at. You have got to keep the can moving so be sure everything is in order and out of your way b/f you begin. I applied all of the can in three coats. It will glob if you do not keep the can moving. After the application, I directed some heat to assist in drying. I did not sand b/w coats. Next, painted over the top with the matching paint of the van, two coats, and topped off with two coats of clear coat. In the end, very happy with the results. I am confident the problem has been rectified.Because they were not interested in guaranteeing their product, I might suggest this as an alternative; I am thinking you could pruchase the regular black bed-liner and then paint it the color you want and top off with clear coat.

Some Good Some Bad.....
Pro's and Cons Listed-CONSOn the white cans the results can look splotchy with different sun angles, this was after three full coats, which is the max with this product.I had a can sputter, it was not me it was DEFECTIVE, so make sure you order a can or two extra because it is very important to do all coats 40 min apart. Once cured it wont stick to itself. So if you don't have access to a can to compensate for the defective can, the project is done at that point good or bad. Future cans does make surface better looking with every coat, too bad they dont recommend for then 3 coats. You can do everything right and it is very hard to make a full panel with the perfect finish both color and appropriate texture. This imo is a product for smaller projects or roofs on SUV's, I did my hood even after using it on other projects and I give it a 6-7 outta ten. Now I expected as much and really didnt care because it was a 15 year old vehicle, but be prepared.PROSIt sticks and adheres great. When done you can run a key over it and it isnt scratching at all.Worry free finish, I would not use this over line x for a truck bed, but whatever you put this on you need not worry about scratching. I think if you get the camo colors and tape it off right, it would be a cool thing to have on a old 4x4.The white one is amazing when you touch it on a hot day, it will be cool to the touch even if 90f outside. A great extra benefit to the job as I painted over blue. Now after a few times I have used this my rating is the same as the first time, 3 outta 5 stars. It has a lot of promise but a lot of challenges as well.
