Bought an XL for my 105 pound fluffy boy and you can tell how massive the bed is even compared to how big he is! I have had this exact bed for 2-3 years and am just now writing a reviewDoesn’t matter what breed your dog is— your pup needs this bed. My pup is a cold loving dog who has always loved snuggling and comfy things, but was diagnosed as having arthritis in his hips at 9 years old last year. He has always been obsessed with this bed! If he’s away from this bed for more than a day, he will SPRINT from the door, do zoomies in circles on top of the bed, and heavily PLOP onto the bed all before I can set my keys down to unclip him from his harnessHuman review of the bed: I wish the foam interior of the outer ring and interior bed parts were inserts so I could take them out and throw them in the washer when my pup is too busy stealing my blankets to be on his own bed. Because they’re not, I’ve been too nervous to wash it!BUT. In the years that we’ve had this, it hasn’t really needed a total washing other than spot cleanings here and there to easilyyyyy clean specks of treats and/or specks of grease from all natural smoked beef bones from it. It hasn’t smelled either (to the point where I’ve asked guests if they notice any odors on the chance that maybe I’ve become “nose blind” to it— but they can’t smell anything either) which is shocking to me since we both love to get into mud/muck/get dirty while outside and (unfortunately) he will sometimes zoomie to his bed after such excursions before I can get him cleaned up

When I took it out of the package, I thought it would be too big. Actually, I have a very happy puppy. She loves to hang her head off the side, tuck her nose under the inside edge, and straighten all the way out. Blanket or no blanket, it's her favorite place to hang out now. She's an 8lb., 13-year-old Min-Pin, even with her arthritis there's plenty of cushion. I don't know if a larger dog would have the same experience, but we're quite satisfied.It was obviously a return, the plastic bag had been opened and taped shut again, but the bed was fresh-smelling and puffed right up, so I don't mind.One caveat on the durability: she seems to be so comfortable she doesn't want to get out of it to pee.I've had to wash it five times since we got it 8 days ago, and it's taking quite a beating - we'll see how it holds up after another dozen washes and I'll come back with more info. I will say it washes easily and pops out of the dryer like new so far, I just worry she'll wear it out too soon. I'll buy it again anyway if she does wear it out; can't beat the price for this quality.

I got this bed Dec 29th dog loves it. Today is Mar 3rd. It’s needed to be washed but Ive been putting it off. I typically like to but beds that are less than $20 so I can just toss them and buy a new one. But I spend more on this one. It says that the cover is removable for washing….. that’s laughable. The portion that u remove is a fraction to what your stuck with having to clean. And once it gets wet it’s very heavy. I don’t like putting my pets things in a or my washing machine. I think it’s rude for people who obviously put their clothes in there.So I tried the bathtub. It’s hard to get all the water out once u get it as clean as u can. Now there’s a soaking wet huge thing in my bathtub.I live in an apt, so no backyard to let it drip dry and then possibly put it in the dryer.

My dog loved a nice big bed like this it was delivered one morning and in a big box twice as big as it should have been; two of the beds would've fit inside of it. in the house as it was prohibiting the door from being opened when I opened the box, my dog was there to see what I had when I pulled the plastic bag containing the bed out of the box he was a bit excited. I pulled the bed out and laid it where he liked to lay he didn't take to it right off so I laid down on it He curled up next to me at that point I woke upabout an hour later and he was on the sofa. He had to be put down Thursday night so I will repurpose it when I get another dog;Dogs don't care it's a bed to them and it's still new. I withheld a 5th star because it reminds me of him and will forever; even after I get another dog It's made well and is comfortable

Where does our pup end and his bed begin? Our boy joined us at the age of 2.5 years old. He exhibited anxiety but was happy sleeping with his new family members. Once I discovered this bed and read the glowing reviews, I ordered it solely due to his underlying stress. I opened the shipping box in his presence and, upon removing the bed from the vacuum sealed package, he started nibbling on the threads as I was separating them. “No, it’s not a toy. Wait five minutes.” And that was it! He sleeps soundly throughout the night! I’ve had dogs for much of my life and have never seen anything like this! Ten-star review! Today another came for our daughter’s cat. It’s still in the box but I have great expectations. I’ve recommended this bed to friends and complete strangers. But I DO miss my boy at night.

Really love this. My dog Jasper uses it as a play area and a nap bed. Unfortunately - something happened to the fabric in the wash and not sure why. It’s been washed before so I’m surprised it did this!

First impressions weren't good, it arrived vacuum packed, flat as a pancake. The instructions advise tumble drying to plump the bed but as I have a large, it's way too big for the tumble dryer. I Resorted to using my hands to separate the filling and fluff it up which although proved quite a workout did the trick!Both my labradors like it, I may have got away with a medium but at least they can both squash into this one.I have a cheaper version I've had for a couple of years which has really flattened over time and is not machine washable...this one is definitely better quality, plumper and zips so you can completely remove the covers for washing. Time will tell if it retains its original shape but fingers crossed it does.

The media could not be loaded.  I previously bought a cheaper bed from Amazon and was very disappointed with it. I tried to justify it being pretty rubbish by telling myself it was much cheaper (£13 cheaper than this bed) and that I could buy some extra stuffing and fill it properly myself. Then it dawned on me I could save myself the time and effort and if I was going to buy stuffing, I could spend the money on a better bed! I am SO GLAD I did!The difference between the previous pancake and this plush, luxurious bed is like night and day! Everything about it is better quality. It is SO much thicker, loads more padding, softer, the fur is denser, just everything is a huge improvement and well worth the extra money.My two boys are approximately 5.5kg and 5kg and love to cuddle up together. As you can see in the video, although the space in the middle of the bed looks significantly smaller than in the cheaper bed, they can still fit easily and just wriggle around and the bed moves to suit them. It's just lovely!This one looked like the photo pretty much out of the box. It really is a quality item and if you want the nicest donut bed for you cat or dog, THIS is the one!!!

I cannot express how fab this bed is. I have had a donut bed for a while and needed to buy a new one and picked this one this time. Not only is it top quality but you can just tell how well it’s made. It’s incredibly soft. Mia my little dog just loves it. She jumped straight into it. I then ordered another one for the bedroom for her. Do not hesitate to buy. It’s just perfect.

We bought the bed in August then, 3 months later, we decided to put it through the wash. As the cover is not removable (which it apparently is in the larger versions), it has to be washed complete with filling, which we did. In accordance with what is shown on the label, we then stuck it in our domestic dryer. However, when we took it out, the filling had melted through the fabric and the thing was totally ruined. So, if you do plan to buy one of this size, be aware and do not try to dry it in a domestic dryer when you wash it!Our dog very much liked the bed, so we are now buying another, larger version, in which the filling is removable.
