Authentic product I m very happy with the product quality although the delivery was very late...

Was skeptical at first because of the price (much cheaper than the store price) but it seems authentic. Runs large, so size down from your usual size.

After reading many reviews about Birkenstocks and a lot of complaints about fit/ how they are now made too narrow etc I was a little reticent in ordering these. I have wanted a pair for years, having had a pair I found on discount in my late teens and living in them for the following few years. I have wide square feet, they have some swelling due to arthritis and general foot spread after three children. I was concerned that these would not fit anymore. I am also generally a uk6. I ordered the 5.5 as the only other option is a uk 7.They fit perfectly. I only had to do the straps up half way. My heels do not overhang, there is more toe room and the width is perfect for my feet... they are not too narrow. My feet also feel supported for the first time in years, which tells me the price that put me off is what I may have to start saving for in order to have comfortable feet. It's worth it; although it has been the main reason I have not purchased them to date.I'm waiting for the weather to warm up now so I can wear them out.

Very nice sandals but despite following the Birkenstock size guide and confirming by email with Birkenstock a size two sizes smaller than I usually wear in non-Birkenstock shoes, the sandals are indeed too small. The returns process - something that previously gave me cause to worry and on this occasion more so - edit: that said, the sandals have been returned and I've been refunded.I've tried a few pairs of Birkenstock Arizona and Milano sandals and the quality varies enough to be quickly noticeable. Damaged / separating leather, glue smeared beyond contact surfaces, contact surfaces not glued in places, holes for buckles not evenly spaced and beginning in different places on the straps and two pairs that I have bought have not been size labelled correctly. For the money paid, in my opinion, not good enough. Birkenstock customer service by email is also very poor.Amazon service is excellent - I think it is beyond what can be reasonably expected.Edited as I think originally I was too harsh on Amazon and too lenient on Birkenstock. I have returned my last pair of Birkenstock sandals, it seems, after many pairs tried, they aren't for me. Marketing wizardry? I'm inclined to think so.

Lovely shoes but if u have wide feet might be still too narrow I but berkenstoks cause I have wide feet but after 1 hour of wearing them started to rub and hurt feet .... I put them on the largest hole on buckle ... my daughter loves hers ..... I’m still going to try amd wear them to see if they stretch a bit .... the foot bed is a lovely berkinstok one so that’s all good .... worth buying the named ones as they look rather nice !!!!

Wonderful in warm weather, and fantastic support for your feet! Has a pair years ago but gave them away when the soles wore down... Wish I'd kept them! Getting a new pair took several tries (be sure to order from someone who has free returns!), make sure to check the size chart and order ONE SIZE SMALLER than normal, and check the WIDTH of the sandals you are getting. You'll need break the shoes (and your feet) in gently, so wear them just for a few hours at first then a little longer each day until they are broken in.

I have received my Birkenstocks today and while they are a very comfortable fit as all my previous pairs have been, they are advertised as Leather Uppers but they are not. All my previous shoes have been leather and I am a bit sceptical of how this pair will last not being leather. Also as Birkenstock state on their web site, do not wear in extreme heat, I will therefore have to be a bit cautious while on holiday, especially with the heat on the cruise ships deck.I am disappointed with Amazon advertising these as leather, they really should know better, but they are £15 cheaper than the Birkenstock web site.Overall a nice sandal, disappointed with the Amazon advertisement as this is a mis-description to generate sales.
