Great bike for the price
I have used this product every day since I purchased it. It is of a much higher quality than I was expecting for the price. It is quiet and has an adjustable seat and handlebars. It is quite heavy which is a reflection of the quality of the product. However, it has wheels so can be moved from room to room with relative ease. The phone rest is an added bonus as I can listen to music while on the bike. I also find as this bike is so quiet I can watch the TV at it’s normal level while on it. It was also relatively easy to assemble - it took me around 30 minutes. All of the tools you need are provided and much of the difficult work has already been done for you but it doesn’t tell you this on the instructions. Would highly recommend.

Good for the money
I bought this spin bike to try and maintain some fitness in lockdown and to try and get my kids moving. We have converted a room into a gym with matting and a Rowing machine with large screen TV.The Good;It arrived very quickly, after about 4 days and way earlier than it suggested it mightIt is easy to assemble, it's just screwing the peddles, seat post and handlebar which took about 25 minsIt is pretty sturdyBoth my teenagers and my Wife have used it (whilst watching TV which is fine by me)The seat is big and fairly comfortableThe Not-so-goodThe bike itself is not very big. I'm 6'0 and the bike, even with the seat on the highest setting is too small. I can live with it as I'm mostly on the rower anyway but if you're using this regularly be aware. On the highest seat post setting my legs are bent and for my legs to be straight down (with the peddle at 6 o'clock while riding) the seat would need to be 3 inches higher. You can adjust the pressure on the wheel which in turn changes the wheel resistance, it's manual which you'd expect. It has a LCD readout that shows time, heart rate (via metal contacts on the bars) etc...however the heart rate monitor is way off. I spun for 60 mins and the monitor HR never got above 70 while my Apple Watch sat around 125 BPM. The monitor itself is also very flimsy.Spin bikes have all massively increased in value thanks to lockdown and you can pay an awful lot more than the £260 I paid for this.Overall, I'd say if you're over 5'10 consider that this bike might be too small especially if you plan on being on it a lot but size issue aside, for £260 it delivers on what a basic spin bike should do. As an entry level bike it's pretty good and if you like it that much you can always sell it on FB and buy a more expensive one.

Great bike, great price
Bike was easy to assemble. The phone holder accessory either fit on unattached handle bar or turn assembled bike upside down. Otherwise it’s longer than the bike! Good range of resistance, used for 45 minutes everyday since buying. No noises, no clanging. If you need to stand it does that, saddle is totally comfortable for me. Wish I’d bought it a long time ago. Nothing but praise for it. I’m not a biker or hard workout bunny, but for convenient fitness that’s quiet and reliable this is perfect.

Great bike
Brought this bike after reading the reviews. Great bike and easy to set up. Only niggle is one of the pedals fell off and I couldn't get it on as easy as when I set it up, however I managed to get it put back on so will wait and see if it happens again. Definitely worth purchasing for the price. Delivery driver was fantastic and it came earlier then stated. Overall I'm glad I purchased this one.

RPM doesn’t work but good value otherwise
This bike is okay. It’s good value for money, and for the price it wouldn’t be fair to compare it to gym quality spin bikes. It is sturdy and relatively comfortable. I’ve been using it to take virtual spin classes during lockdown, and it has served its purpose well and was easy to assemble. My one big issue is that the RPM counter is drastically incorrect. It’s consistently saying 40-50% under what it actually is. I’ve been doing spin classes for years so I know the speed I’m cycling and roughly what RPM it should be. I cycled at a steady pace for 1 minute and counted 80+ revolutions, but the bike said I was cycling at a 45 RPM speed. This was really disappointing to me as I bought this bike due to the fact it had the RPM counter. It’s made it a bit trickier / less enjoyable to follow my classes. If you intend to do spin classes and don’t feel confident you know the RPM speed roughly without a counter don’t get this bike. If you’re not bothered about RPM accuracy it’s a great bit of kit for the price!

Looks great, well made and sturdy. Excellent company /customer service
i'd like to start by saying the customer service is excellent i had to call up a few times and the guy who answered the phone was always polite and easy going - i worried as i thought the service might not be so great if i needed help but that wasn't a problem at all and i felt reassured with the company selling the bike.the bike itself is very sturdy and is made very well, is easy to assemble (young female who self-assembled) the bike is better than expected. for me personally, as someone whos 5'9 I'm unsure if i needed a bigger bike or perhaps its just that I'm not using it correctly. when i ordered the bike there weren't many reviews so i felt unsure about ordering it but I'm happy to say the bike and service is 100% don't hesitate to order one :) i recommend ordering a gel or padded bike seat along with your order

Does its job
Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy bike. It does the job for me but just and I understand why there were comments that it is not suitable for anyone taller than 1.8 m (I am 1.77). The seat's bar is clearly too short and does not have enough holes to set the seat higher - this is amazing as it could be very easy to make it 10-20 cm longer and add 2-3 more holes. It is clearly made for the Chinese market. otherwise it is good bike at a decent price. So, if the manufacturer wants to keep selling it, they should adjust it for the European market where people are generally taller.
