It doesn’t tie in with the program itself
I bought this book to make my life easier whilst doing the Six Pack Revolution. It does, it’s just not perfect.It has arrived and it’s got some lovely recipes in there. As a standalone diet book, it’s probably as good as many others. However as an accompanying guide to the Six Pack Revolution program it does have a problem which is a bit annoying.In the program there are 3 phases of food eating. In phase 1 you only eat recipes from phase 1 etc. In phase 2 only from phase 2 etc. The book doesn’t tell you what phase the recipes within it are from.So I need to open the digital phase 1 recipe book I get sent as part of the program in order to select a recipe to cook. I could just as easily at that point cook using my tablet instead of flicking through the book to find it.It would have been better just to put a simple key in the book to say what part of the program the recipes were for.There are a couple of recipes I have been sent online as part of the program for phase 1 that also aren’t in the book, this is probably inevitable over time but just so you are aware.So I like the book (would have preferred it if it was hardback) but a couple of areas for improvement

You are what you eat! Simple, clear, tasty, effective. Saved my life!
This book is an integral part my family kitchen. I have also completed the program that inspired the book. Both the book and the program are amazing and changed my life.The recipes are simple, the food delicious, and the principles of clean eating are clearly explained so you can modify to your taste if you want. If you buy this book and eat what it says, you will feel and look your best (both inside and out). You’ll be surprised about how simple it is.I’ve bought a couple of copies for friends who want to achieve the same results that I did. The best gift I can give to people who I love this year is good health. Even the Dr was amazed by the results of my health check and blood tests after following this food plan for a couple of months.Do yourself a favour, grab it, follow it for a couple of months, and you will be amazed by the results. You are what you eat!

Frogspawn chicken
I love eating clean & have eaten keto & paleo. The recipes sound great & it is all the meals I like but having now made 6 of them & every one of them was vile, i’m giving up on it. Chicken nuggets made with a flaxseed coating tasted like frogspawn. Put me off chicken for a while.

Good recipes,Bought this thinking would help with the program but was a waste of money on that front as all the recipes were given monthly, excuse was if you buy the book you don't have to print the recipes and waster paper.... okRecipes are easy to cook and taste really good so that is great.Book has been put together in an odd way, you think categorised buy dish type ie - vegan section, poultry section, fish section blah blah but just in random order. but it's a small complaint.Basically, good, quick recipes that taste great. Buy it for healthy food but if your doing the SPR plan you really don't need it

A Must for a healthier life.
This recipe book should be in every household regardless wether you do the exercise or not as the recipes inside are all easy to follow and extremely healthy and not only that they taste amazing.Myself and my partner are both on Scott’s diet and exercise plan BUT The Six Pack Revolution is more than a fitness and diet plan, the mental wellbeing you achieve is life changing.Also in the book it tells you how to measure out your own personal protein, carbs and good fats the simple way and how to feed your body just what it needs.We can’t recommend this book enough and it will become your go to recipe book.
