Good product. 20 with this gives me a better workout than the stationary bike I once had.

If you are going to set these up and leave them in place they are perfect and very reasonably priced compared to others.I use them as a step to make it easier for an elderly relative to get into my SUV, and the ability to have it set to either of two heights accommodates different curb heights nicely. But, every time you pick it up when the extension feet are in place, they drop out. Which means that putting it down, to use, without them falling out is also a bit of an 'art'.But, still happy with my purchase and if you just need it as a step it is perfectly suitable.

A good well priced device BUT it marks the carpet badly - have to do a 'repair' job every time I use it.

But good for home use

This product would benefit from the insert being locked in place rather than being slotted in. It was bought for physio exercise and the insert slipped out with result that the person fell. I completely understand that it is intended as a sports aid and as such is excellent value. Perhaps a caution should be added.

My husband needs it for his fitness and it’s value for money
