Smells, and material is poor, mistake buy.

Horrible product!! I literally received this product less than 24 hours ago! This material is cheap! I was uneasy from even the smell of the bottle when I put the water in. There is a very strong smell that I have never smelled before with any hot water bottle. I am not feeling well and I decided to put hot water in this hot water bottle. The water came gushing out after 10 mins. You would have thought it was sliced. Thank God I had on a long house coat. I would have burned my legs and lower part of my body! Sick and now part of my couch is wet! Not happy right now!

These hot water bottles came in cute colors and were a good value price-wise so I ordered a two-pack but when they arrived I thought someone had sent me a box of bug spray. They absolutely reek of chemicals and are actually sticky with whatever anti-mold/bug/whatever chemical must have been sprayed on them at some point in the shipping process. I've rinsed them off with soap multiple times and am still not sure if they will be usable because the stench is not dissipating. My entryway where I initially opened the box still smells like a cloud of Raid and it has been hours. This can't be healthy. I would feel badly donating these to a thrift shop because no one should have to sit with this awful smell close to them so this purchase will most likely be a waste.

If you enjoy the strong, head dizzying smell of GASOLINE, then these are the water bottles for you!! The scent is SO strong it permeates your clothing, your couch, your skin or anything else it touches. My kitchen reeks. I tried soaking them, cleaning them, airing them out. Nothing works. Once you add hot water to them, the smell gets even stronger. I was really looking forward to using these, but unfortunately they are going in the trash. What a waste.

The red one leaked after the first use and the blue one leaked after the fourth day of use. Each has tiny pinholes that leak and soak you before you realize your clothing and bedding are destroyed. This product cost me more than the original $12 dollars spent...not worth a penny. Nothing but a worthless product that caused me more stress than I need right now.
