After three years with waxy hair no matter I tried, I thought life was just hopeless. I read on a blog that someone had the same issue but this shampoo took care of it. I was skeptical. Because believe me, I thought I had tried EVERYTHING. The amount of money I spent on various treatments and shampoos is disgusting. But then when I found another blogger to back her up, I figured, ok, what's ten bucks more. I washed my hair, and WHABAM!! For the first time in 3 years my hair felt normal! I couldn't believe it!I waited a couple of months before reviewing in case it turned into the No Poo Method fiasco of 2011 when my hair was FABULOUS at first, and then a couple of months later turned to crispy straw after being ruined by the baking soda. Yeah, learned my lesson. Had to let it all grow out and chop it off, it was so awful!Well, so far so good.Come to find out, the waxy hair issue is likely a strange form of psoriasis or something of that nature where the scalp is itchy and excretes a waxy substance and yet there's no flaking. This doesn't address the root cause. I still have some itching, and if I use a different shampoo then the wax is back. But I will sure take what I can get until I can figure out how to heal this awful issue I'm having! It's just so nice to at least not have to deal with ugly, nasty, waxy hair!!

I first used this shampoo 3 years ago. I have extremely oily hair and it helped with it not looking as bad during the day, but when I wake up the next day it feels like I didn't bother washing it at all the day before. It has a nice smell, though!

I am beyond in love with this product. After I used it i was so happy I could literally cry. A few weeks ago I started getting very waxy/greasy spots on the top of my head even after I shampoo'd and I am a very cleanly person and have never had this before. I literally had to use dawn dish soap to remove it and that is the only thing that worked.. I didn't want re-use dawn everyday as it is harsh on your hair, so I did some research and this shampoo helped someone else in my same situation and it worked! My hair and scalp feel amazing! I have used it every day and it counties to work. My hair is so shiny and healthy feeling again, this product is truly a godsend.

I love this shampoo. I use a cleansing conditioner a couple times a week but after awhile I want to do a deep cleaning. This shampoo has NO sulfates and it clarifies my hair nicely. I have curly hair and I'm trying to take care of it so it reaches hip length. Getting rid of sulfates was vital in order to promote hair growth and health. I'm glad I found a clarifying sulfate free shampoo. By the way, if you're using shampoos with sulfates and have acne on your back, chest, or shoulders, your sulfate shampoo is the culprit! This tea tree shampoo tingles which feel great on the skin but as it spread to the rest of your body in the shower, other parts will tingle too. Be aware of that. This has become my clarifying staple!!!

I use this about once or twice a month to rejuvenate my hair and get rid of product build up. I have very thin & stringy hair but this product works great and makes my hair feel fab!

It unfortunately dried my hair out to a straw like consistency with just one wash. I have thin hair and have been struggling with it getting greasy really quickly so this shampoo may work for some hair types but for mine it did not.

If you get oily hair, this is the product for you. If you have missed a day to shower because you're too busy, this is the shampoo to use the next day because it is one wash and done. If you need the ick to go away faster, this is it. This shampoo is heavy-duty stuff that feels and smells amazing.

The scent is good.
