I bought 2 of these umbrellas last Aug 2022. Yellow for me, and black for my son. I convinced him he's not too cool for an umbrella... plus he needs to preserve his hair-do, right?! As a college student, he drives to school and walks to class, and it's pretty rainy and blustery around here a lot of the time (Cleveland). So the black umbrella was used often; the canopy/ribs all held up great, but at some point it would not stay down or close. Then the handle got loose and wobbly, so I reached out to the company, and they were eager to help. They kindly sent a replacement umbrella, after I described the problems. We got it a couple days ago, and now we're back in business! The umbrella itself is sturdy (not cheapy), the color was true to the picture, and I like the handle as it's easy to hold onto, slightly grippy and kinda soft texture. Hard to explain, but it's very comfortable in my hand. Not slippery, if that helps. I love that it's not frustrating to get back into the cover, it goes in pretty easily. Very happy with our umbrellas and the customer service was fantastic. They kept in touch with us to follow up and make sure we didn't forget to send details of the problems, and to be sure we were satisfied. Yea! Es un buen paraguas, abre automáticamente y hay que presionar un poco para cerrarlo, pero se puede. El color es brillante y mantiene el agua a raya. Lo recomiendo.

Tardó demasiado en llegar pero es buen producto. Buena relación precio-calidad.
