Alice Foods 5-HTP - 50 MG of Hydroxytryptophan

I have been taking this for 2 weeks, still waiting to see results. A big plus is no negative side affects. Usually by now things start interfering with my prescriptions. Nothing yet...yay!

It did not do anything

I recently ordered these to see if they would help with my sleep and mood, as I've been very stressed lately. The first night I took them, I immediately felt a difference and slept much better. The next day my mood was elevated as well. However after a few days I no longer felt a difference, and actually became a bit moodier compared to normal. I've decided to only take them every so often to see if it still works. I wouldn't recommend for everyday use, but it may work once a month or every few weeks. The first result was wonderful, unfortunately the results didn't last.Disclaimer: I did purchase these at a discount on exchange for a review.

Typical sized capsules. Easy to swallow with no after taste. Would purchase again.(received product at a discount in exchange for an honest, unbiased review)

Actually made me worse, felt irritated all the time and never felt like I had enough energy. Oddly enough after I started taking this product for awhile and often I quit taking it I actually realized how much better I felt before I started taking this product and comparing it to how I felt afterwards. I do realize everyone is different so this product could help some but may not be suitable for all.

I am most of the way through the bottle at this time. I have noticed I've had an easier time waking up in the mornings and have felt the mood elevation!

I'm not paid for a review.. actually purchased and have been taking for 2 weeks..Not for sure if these or the thyroid pills that are helping but have lost 5 lbs in a week and also seem to have less anxiety
