Love the bag. I bought two of these during the last 6 months. One for a friend, who raved about it, so I got one for myself. (Also bought the cart that goes along with this). I bought the first one for my friends because they live in a 3rd floor apartment. He's 71 and I worried about them carrying their groceries and parcels up three flights of stairs. They love it. Now instead of each of them making 2 or 3 trips they can do it all in one trip. We both love the versatility of the bag. So it works great for large or small loads. Well constructed and can use it with or without the cart.

I love this hand cart bag because it works so well. I'm about seventy years old and carrying heavy stuff up my stairs is getting harder and harder. With this hand cart bag it makes it so easy. My back is doing a lot better because I use this hand cart and attached bag to lift everything. I highly recommend this bag to everyone.

One seam split straight down the seam on the yellow part when I put something larger and heavy in the bag. I was able to sew it back up with binding tape, but it's sure a flimsy bag for hauling stuff. Wish the whole thing were the quality of the black part.That said, it's been a lifesaver hauling groceries up a flight of 19 steps to my apartment. Sure need the tie at the top.

Not happy the keep the top strap on wrong side which does not give proper support when tied with up cart. The one I got with up cart was having one down strap and two one black and another yellow strap on same side . This one having yellow strap on other side !!!! What is the use . Total waste of money

Initially this worked better than the upcart for hauling things up stairs. I could bring all of my groceries up in one load. The strap eventually broke though, if you look at the metal on it, it's not made to last with a heavy load.

This bag really completes the upcart for all of my needs. I originally received the cart as a gift, and it has been very useful having used it for laundry, shopping, moving things around the home and for Shakespeare in the Park. It is so versatile and folds down so nicely. Now with the bag it is so much more so.

I am very disappointed in this bag. It worked well enough, but has now frayed out at the seam after only 3 months of use. The return window was only one month! I had planned on getting the UpCart cart, also, but now . . . seems like a bad idea.

Some trouble keeping it from folding up when trying to use it (so difficult to get it fully unfolded/deployed). It would be nice if it visibly/audibly "locked" when correctly opened. Once set up/opened up it climbs stairs like a champ.

This bag needs more structure and an internal velcro strap to secure better.

Love the UpCart works great for taking the laundry downstairs. My husband uses it to take the water softener salt downstairs.
