I've tried many shapewear items over the years and so I feel like I know a quality piece when I see one. Between quarantine and fertility treatments, I've gone up a pant size in the past year and a half. I have some nice clothes that are too tight and I didn't want to spend money buying new clothes when I don't plan to stay this size. I searched and found that this brand had good reviews, so I decided to take a chance.I'm SO glad I did! I went by tbe size chart and got a 2XL. I didn't need to be sucked in super tight, I just needed to be able to fit into pants 1 size smaller. And it did the trick! The top does NOT roll down, and the legs fit very comfortably to just above the knee. I love that the waist part has a zipper over the snaps to make sure everything stays in place. If I wanted to be very snatched, I could have gone down 1 size. But because I wanted to be able to move and sit comfortable for long periods, the 2XL was perfect. I will definitely be purchasing more items!

I initially ordered a large based on the size chart (and trying on similar things at the mall - in Maidenform I was a M, but in Leonisa a L), but the large provided zero compression. I didn’t have to wiggle into it at all - it slid right up. My jeans are tighter. That said, it was better made and less expensive than the mall options, and it seemed like it would still be comfortable if it were tight, so I exchanged it for a small. I’m glad I went down two sizes, because the small fits well. I’m 5’3” 142lbs with a short waist and fairly boxy figure. Even in a small, I’d say the compression is moderate.For others who are short-waisted: This comes all the way up to my bust line. The boning along the top works well to hold it up and doesn’t poke me, but the zipper lands right over the top hook and eye closure, which presses it into my sternum. I may try to remove that hook, because it did get uncomfortable after a couple of hours. This probably wouldn’t be an issue for people with more standard proportions.

Zipper pull showed right under bre@sts under dress. Felt like I needed to hold my hand there to cover it. Nice and tight and held everything in though and the shorts part didn't ride up.

Feel and look more like shapewear and less like a waist trainer. It snatches you up.The material feels like a silky stocking and is very thin, lightweight, and breatheable.Not comfortable to workout in, more comfy under a dress or jumpsuit

230lb 5’6 and I chose a XXL and glad I did. I was thinking it wouldn’t fit because sizing is hit or miss on Amazon but this was great! It snatched me up in all the right places and smoothed everything out. Doesn’t really do anything for my butt but I don’t mind. Top part of garment sits under my bra and the leg part is very comfortable and stretchy. I had no issue with rolling down and bended, stretched etc. The garment has waist trainer- like hooks then a zipper on top to lock you in. Smoothed out my belly pooch and looked good under a dress. Buy this!

This trainer is nicely made. It holds you in and it is comfortable. I do feel a little itch on the back of my thigh (one side) from time to time and I wonder what it is that is poking me but I’ve looked and there isn’t anything there. Has anyone else had this happen to them? That’s a minor thing so I still give this product 5 stars. It does what it says it’s going to do. I love the clasps AND the zipper. I like that it doesn’t roll up my thigh and the back side doesn’t roll down.

Not comfortable at all too thick and makes u sweaty

Much easier to get on & off, compared to my previous shapers (Spanx, for example). This is because of the vertical row of hook & eye closures, with a zipper to secure the whole thing. Because of the vertical seam, I wouldn’t recommend for clothing with skintight fabric. There is NO crotch slit. I’m 5’7”, ~185 lbs, curvy hips with a waist, belly a little heavy in front, and the XL fit perfectly. The thighs are not overly tight at the bottom. The top of the shaper comes up to the bottom of the bra line, and (haven’t worn it yet) seems like it will stay up without rolling down. It smoothes and compresses in all the right places. Great value for the money.
