ITC (81TS1000-B-DB SurFit Black Table Base

Purchased four of these to use with the SurFit 29" legs, to mount a table to the floor in my RV. The parts fit together beautifully, giving me a sturdy table that stays put on the road, but can also be taken down/apart if necessary since the leg can be twisted/pulled out of the feet with the right application of effort. I was skeptical but I am really happy with the way these work and how solid a connection you get from the rubber ends of the SurFit legs, which fit perfectly in the feet.

I have not used this yet so I can’t speak to the quality but it is definitely not metal like the description states. It’s plastic.

The mounting holes were the same as the old mount that I removed so installation was a breeze.

It is reasonably well crafted, and my only disappointment perhaps is that the gauge of the original piece was heavier. That may be a function of having been built a long time ago. It is attractive and fits well enough.

Fit perfectly and works the same

I thought I was getting powder coated aluminum but received black plastic pieces. I guess I will try them and see if they do the job. The original table bases were plastid and did not last so I have doubts about these!!I rated everything low because I did not get what I thought I ordered.

Be aware that these are PLASTIC. Despite the picture of the black aluminium base, and the first review I read starting with, "These are metal...", they are just plastic resin. Very disappointed by that fact. Despite that, the resin base seems to be better than the cheap plastic bases I'm replacing. In time I'll see how they hold up.
