A timeless and amusing little animatronic. The motion sensor works very well- too well. I turned it off after I scared the living daylights out of myself one too many times. It's tacky in a charming hilarious way. I've loved these things since I was about 5. Now I finally have one and I hope it works for a long time.

A weird smoke came out of Billy the first time I turned him on, but he functioned properly and never smoked again after that.I didn’t breathe the smoke, but this is a warning to back away the first time you turn Billy on. I can’t promise yours won’t catch fire or explode.
