It did not work and not only that I gained weight I would not recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight

This product gives heart palpitations. I have not lost not 1 pound and I've cut down on my eating and I go out walking and I still have not lost anything if anything I get very gittery and with palpitations.

Took this stuff for 3 months and one day after working out I couldn't get my heart rate down or cool off. after a medical examination it was determined that one of the ingrediants in this product caused the issues. Took a while to wear off as well. Didn't notice any positive effects while I was using this product either.

Worthless.

The product upset my stomach, even though taken as suggested, with food. I used 2 of them and then decided to stop.
