Was a little hesitant to purchase as it was a really good deal under $20 so I honestly didn’t expect this to work as well as it did. Not loud AT ALL. My dog didn’t mind it and it was really easy to use. Charged it before using and it lasted all through his haircut (about 1 hour) and still had charge left. Chewy Lynn approves this review.

I had to do this on 3 stages... You can hear a buzzing but its not to bad. The first stage, my husband held my cat and I did his tummy. I won't lie. The first stage he really didn't like. Wasn't sure about it and freaked out. Second stage. I think after he realized it made his tummy feel a little cooler. He didn't freak out and run. He let me glide down his back as if I was brushing him and he was okay its not so bad. Third stage.... Was doing figure eights around my feet and let me finish. I'm not groomer by any means but baby steps and he's a happy camper. That first initial attempt. I was thinking great this was a waste of money but the fact that my husband only helped me on the first one and I did the rest and my little man enjoyed it. I've gotta say I'm truly impressed. I would recommend this for long haired cats 100%.

It is good, but the batterie not

The product is completely silent but kind of bulky. I don’t have any experience with cutting dogs hair but this made it easy and I think I did well. It doesn’t work very well on thinner dog hair but it does well enough to remove long hair.

My small dog has very thick and wirey hair. These would not even attempt to cut it. I had to use scissors to cut it short and then finish with the clippers. They may be fine for dogs with short soft fur.

Ordered this item because a friend has a Bell & Howell trimmer that was quiet and worked well- it had a red power button and was probably the high speed version (5000 - 7000 RPM) What I got was a cheap, very loud, poor quality version, that has a blue power button. Can't get near the dog with this noisy thing. I am returning it. False Advertising!

I have a dog that has long white hair. The problem was I live in Arizona. It gets extremely hot and she was overheating. So I purchased the first one two years ago and it worked amazingly she does not have any issues with it she doesn’t squirm or try to go away so when that one failed I went ahead and bought a second one. This one is much more quieter, and a lot easier going through her hair. I love this item for my pet. It keeps her hair short and this keeps her cooler,

This trimmer is quiet and doesn't scare my cat. However, the battery life is terrible and it doesn't cut long hair with even the shortest attachments on it.I used the first one I bought one time. The next summer came around and it wouldn't hold a charge the second time I tried to charge it back up to use it.

Ok, so i was sceptical about this product because of the price. But i can say that this product delivered serious results.Our cat is a main coon mix that suffers from some serious mats at times, where certain scissors, shears and even a demating tool failed, these clippers got the job done and work very well.The overall feel of the product feels flimsy and cheap because of the plastic, but don’t let that fool you.I would have liked to see the charger upgraded to a USB-C though to step away from the older USB charger type that can easily fail.

I got this to trim my dogs hygiene areas as he has a long coat and it makes it so much easier than trying to trim with scissors as he doesn't often sit still long enough. As for under the paws it might be a little difficult if your dog doesn't like their paws touched, mine lets me do his back two but doesn't like the vibrating sensation on his front paws. Nevertheless happy with this purchase and would recommend as an essential for pet owners.

The only razor I've found that works on my cat. He's got very thick fur and it makes it so easy to get off. It doesn't make a crazy amount of noise, so it doesn't freak the cat out. It seems like the charge lasts forever. I've been using this razor for a long time now!

It's quiet which is great! Takes some time to get used to and I find that it takes two hands. One to hold the hair your cutting and one to use the clippers. It takes a bit to get used to. But overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

Very easy to use and gets the job done quickly. Used for furry cat butt.
