I was struggling with post workout soreness and my effort not translating to any gains. Day 2 of using this and my muscles are no longer sore, I have a ton more energy for working out and I've already been able to increase my rep counts after just one day. I noticed it also has had a fairly substantial impact on my mental state as well; I feel more motivated, but not with more twitchy energy like you get from caffeine or most other CNS stims. It's almost like riding on a soft wave that is pushing me forward. The only downside I've had is that these are hard tablets that seem to quickly digest and caused a bit of stomach pain for about 10 or so minutes. Took with food today and that issue is resolved, so I'd strongly recommend to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Perhaps noteworthy is that I had previously been taking Alpha GPC, but recently it has just been giving me weird mental states and detracting from my exercises. My body is probably producing sufficient acetyl choline, so this is the next step if you ever find yourself in that situation. I will update if anything changes, but this is going to be one of my daily supplements for the time being.

This is a steroid.I used it for 3 weeks. I got more jacked and more sore without doing anything differently. My results were so impressive my brother jumped on it.Within 3 weeks, we both got side effects.I started losing hair. He started getting "steroid side effects". His pee pee shrunk and had motivational issues.This isn't a "non hormonal" muscle building supplement. It's a steroid and it has side effects.Just keep that in mind. It'll probably be banned like SARMs did.

This product works better than I expected but I think you need to take at least 600mgs.The downside to that is a bottle only lasts 10 days, and a month’s supply costs over $60.But it does actually work so it’s money well spent.

It’s a good product, helps increase strength and muscle I notice, usually people say to take 5 to 7 table spoons of cocoa powder for its high epicatechin but honestly who wants to do that.. honestly not me at all so taking this epicatechin supplement is way easier as it is literally 1 tablet, so no need to drink large amounts of green tea and take 7 disgusting table spoons of cocoa powder anymore, I literally just take this supplement 1 epicatechin tablet and that’s all.

Do some research on myostatin/myostatin inhibitors before using as they are illegal for NCAA and could pop you on a PED drug test.The idea is that your body will regulate muscle mass according to your genetics and hormones making it difficult for some people to sustain/gain muscle. Epicatechin can reduce muscle loss and help you sustain what is built when dieting.It should not boost testosterone or affect androgen receptors making this a safer product for recreational body building than others.
