It's a smoother boost than caffeine so I suspect that some people may feel like it's not working because they base the amount of energy boost on the amount of "anxious feeling". But I find that I can take one with maybe six ounces of liquid and go get started on whatever job I am needing to do and suddenly (around ten minutes later) I realize that I'm going full speed ahead like I'm well rested and refreshed. Although it's not easy with these to half them, I do quite often and chase the powder down with a cup of coffee. They do seem to work better if you drink around six or so ounces of something. That helps to turn it into an energy drink in your stomach.

Thought this would be a less expensive alternative for zynamite. I just don't feel the lift I get from the other two zynamite products on the market.

I can't find help from doctors in regards to my life ruining fatigue, or for anything, really. I tried this for energy. It did not make any noticeable difference. I say try it, if you are like me, and trying to find help for yourself because the experts won't, it may work for you. It just didn't do anything for me.Good luck.

I can take one of these capsule and take a nap. Had zero effect from it. Save your money and buy some coffee. At least that works.

I don't write too many reviews but had to share this one. I am not sure why this mango extra has not gotten more attention. I first tried it in a with Azoth Zynamite and find no difference between the 60% mangiferin in this product which is like 1/2 the price and much more readily available. Its not like a jolt of a big coffee if taken by itself but very subtle. I actually bought to help me get off of coffee and get off of coffee as a caffeine supplement and now after using it for months reduced my coffee intake to 2 big cups in the morning and one MangoForte supplement. No crash and very good mental focus and clarity throughout the day. Its been a game changer for me. I also intermittent fast and skip breakfast daily which provides me even more focus. Google Zynamite mangiferin extract and check out the heavy research done on mangiferin extract. They definite have something hear that works on a different system in the brain than caffine does. Thank you and please don't stop making MangoForte!
