This book tells an interesting inside perspective of a young writer's multiple encounters with Snoop Dogg. It's about the writer's personal observations of Snoop that gives the reader an opportunity to see a side of him that the public normally would not have a chance to experience. This book would peak the interest of any fan that would like an up-close look at Snoop as a father, business man, esteemed rapper and so on.As captivating as all his comments and portrayals are, I found Soren just about as interesting as the person he is writing about. He is a white rap journalist that loves hip hop and is trying to make a name for himself in a world that would initially view him as an outsider. He allows us to walk in his shoes as we see some of the conflicts he comes across as he tries and succeeds in gaining respect in the industry that he adores.Overall, I thought it was an excellent book that gave a lot of amazing insight into Snoop's life. It's a fun and fascinating story and definitely a worthwhile read.
