IT WORKS!!
My father had flocks of geese in his yard everyday. They poop everywhere! Which isn’t so bad if it’s just in the grass but no, it’s in the street, his driveway, etc. These decoys need to move to be a good goose deterrent. The ground stake method doesn’t work unless there is a lot of wind. So we hung them from low lying trees. With just a little wind they move enough to keep the geese off his property. There still will be a straggler or 2 but they avoid the coyotes and it’s better than flocks of 20 or 30. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is we had to think outside the box to really make them work.

Comes packaged folded up like a towel - takes a lot of work form it
I'll start by saying the photo I uploaded is this 3D Coyote that I had to stuff with 3 bath towels just to make it fill out. It would not look nearly that nice and full the way it came straight out of the box. I was very disappointed with the way this came packaged. It is a thick, flexible 3D resin that comes folded up like a towel in a box. I thought I would never get it formed correctly so I basically stuffed it with 3 large bath towels and used black duct tape to connect the 2 front legs together and the same with the back legs to help keep the towels from falling out. After all that, I placed it in my yard. I was watching it off and on all day through my security camera. The problem geese came by several hours later, but they never crossed the street into my yard, which they always do. I do believe this was the deterrent that stopped them. Tomorrow I will place the coyote in another location close by. The key is to not leave it in the same location or position each day. So far, I think it worked but just beware that it takes a lot of work and maybe some imagination to get it formed to it looks a little more realistic. Update:: I ended up returning this after 2 weeks. Eventually the geese were not buying into this 3D Coyote and soon they were in my yard within 2 feet of it. At first I believe it worked for maybe a week. But geese are smarter than you think.

Waste of money!! Doesn’t work.
Not even fazed by this thing! This is the first day out and geese are laying right next to it. What a waste of money. Not happy.

Add a remote control car to this and it's a winner!
Living near a lake inhabited by both resident and migrating geese results in a lot of goose droppings in our yard. So I purchased a "Redcat Racing Blackout XTE PRO 1/10 Scale Brushless Electric Monster Truck with Waterproof Electronics", then did some major surgery on the rubber coyote with scissors so it fit on the remote control car body held in place with velcro tape. The end result was, well, in the words of Dr Frankenstein... "It's ALIVE! Now, I chase the pesky geese away without looking like an lunatic running around the yard waving my arms and hopping over goose terds. We call the new remote control Coyote by my several new names... "Chupacabra", "Goose-inator" and "Goose Buster". You'll have so much fun with a remote controlled Coyote long after the geese have scattered that you'll want a refreshed battery to continue the fun. A word of caution though... neighbors, boaters and those driving by don't know what to think when they see it, saying they thought it was a wild animal!
