Picked it up at the Airport, written in simple language, and for the regular Indian food, cooking, diet. Only if losing weight and being fit was as easy as skimming through this book by the Get Fit Yoga Diva Shilpa Shetty

Disappointed
More hype than anything else maybe cos author is Bollywood celebrity who is in great shape herself! Waited for this book for so long only to be highly disappointed. Good detail, better examples & pics would have been much more useful!

This book is not worth much - Shilpa has not much of a hand writing this book. There is a lot of nutrition information and the benefits of indian spices - go for other books instead.
