Before I Saw You: A joyful read asking ‘can you fall in love with so

I left my review on GoodReads, but I loved this book! It was not a concept I had thought of before, but I am really happy that I read it.

Wow, wow and wow is all I can say about this book. What a beautifully written book and I was just unable to put it down. It was so good.This is the first book I have read by Emily Houghton and it certainly won’t be the last.I was gripped from page one. The story of Alfie and Alice who meet on a hospital ward when they become bed neighbours.I honestly loved this story. I loved all the characters that feature.I would 100% recommend this book and I’m excited to read her next book.

Tolles Buch! Man kann sich schnell mit den Charakteren identifizieren und ist kurzerhand in der Geschichte gefangen. Leichte Lektüre, innerhalb weniger Tage durchgelesen. Eine schöne Liebesgeschichte.

I loved this story so much, it was so funny, emotional, honest. I loved both characters, their ups and downs, their failings, their chemistry ❣️ I really didn't expect to cry with this book but I did, I relived certain moments of my life along Alfie and Alice, I connected with them as a person who's experienced trauma and mental health challenges.Truly a book that I will definitely re-read in the future and has skyrocketed to one of my favourite reads ever.
