"Two of Hearts" is a digital photograph that has been slightly manipulated using software to highlight certain characteristics of the image. My technique creates a look recalls old pen and ink drawings of the past, so your print will have a rustic look. The wooden siding is painted a bright barn. The wooden window frame and shutters are painted bright white. A heart is carved in the center of each shutter. The hearts show the dark interior of the space inside. The shadow of the unseen roof eve darkens the top of the print. Snow had just begun when I took this photograph. Additional print sizes are available, including small sizes for collage frames.
