wow this has to be some hot peppers and I am very happy I found these on amazon I got 2 big bag with this order I was looking for some peppersto make my own chili oil and this was what I needed I found a recipe online and bought these and now I have some very hot and yummy chili oil for cooking or just for my Noodles and I still have plenty of peppers left over for other recipe this is really a great buy and if you are looking to make your own sauce or oil this is what you want and they smell and taste fresh well what dry peppers should taste like oh and I wore rubber glove while making my oil!

I like them in a Miso soup I make. A little, maybe a quarter to an eight of one is good enough for a large mug of soup.Though your tolerance to chilis might be different then mine.The price for the 2 bags is great! Cant get anything like this locally at a reasonable price.If you want them a less hot, crack them open and remove the seeds and ribs. If you like it hot, leave them in!As with any chili pepper, don't touch your eyes and other "sensitive mucous membranes" unless you enjoy the tingle/unrelenting burn!Wash your hands with soap and hot water afterwards or use gloves.

Good product but, not quite potent as some I've tried. I had add in a few more to the recipe for the same taste.

I order Dried Thai chili because I wanted to try to cook something different and I like spicy 🌶 Foods so 🙂

You get 2 bags of dried chili peppers. Both bags are identical and contain the same thing. These chilies are pretty hot. We buy these and run them through a food processor to make our own pepper flakes. Way hotter than red pepper flakes you find in average pizza joint. Would definitely buy again.

These are great peppers. They have a good amount of heat but are not overwhelming. I have used them in multiple dishes.

Was EXTREMELY disappointed with these chili peppers because they are definitely NOT dry. When using them for cooking they will not crunch as they should, but need to be cut with scissors! The claim that these peppers are "very dry" is false advertising
