It was much smaller than expected tho it did serve its purpose as providing a delicious chocolate dip for fruit and macaroons etc...for the price it included 6" skewers and 2.5 lbs of chocolate was fairly easy to clean tip: is to pour out remaining chocolate before it hardens soapy, warm water makes cleaning a breeze... it was a hit everyone loved it now we will be able to use it for future gatherings

Ordered Sweet Fountain for a baby shower. Fountain did not work and was a terrible disappointment to all. I tried to return the product and what a night mare! Sweet Fountain would not believe it did not pump the chocolate and told me I had to take the fountain apart and report to them what part of the fountain did not work. As a 70 year old I had no idea how to preform the task and report back to them. Finally a neighbor helped me and took apart the fountain and reported Sweet Fountain what he thought the problem was. This process was a nightmare and took a couple of weeks going back and forth. I am still waiting for a credit to be issued to my credit card. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPAMY!!

I've used it once so far it was easy set up easy clean up .. worked well all day for a grad party !!

This was not was I was excepting. I bought this for my wedding and only used their chocolate like it stated and the fountain was spinning and slung chocolate all over the place. It was the biggest mess to clean up right before my wedding was the worse part!

The Deluge Fountain is amazing! No really. If you’re looking for an utterly show-stopping fountain that will make guests oooooh and awwwww at its beauty and complexity, this is it. There’s definitely some assembly involved (each of the little cups comes off), but the parts are the highest quality. Plus they’re not going to bend or break and can go directly in the dishwasher. And if I can do it you can do it. (I can’t put IKEA furniture together, but I can do this. So you should be good.) But yeah, the dual streams of chocolate create multiple points of entry for party-goers of all sizes, that is, the little chocolate puddles are at different heights. When I had this up and running, people stopped and looked and talked about it. I guess the centerpieces on the tables weren’t necessary after all lol.

This fountain is much cooler than the other chocolate fountains I've seen out there. I purchased it through the manufacturer (Sweet Fountains), but they don't do reviews. Everyone loved it and it got so many oohs and aahs as no one had seen a chocolate fountain like this before. It was also really nice that it ran on just one bag of chocolate (which I did purchase on Amazon - SF Signature). It had a very quiet motor, was all stainless steel and overall just a great fountain for the price!
