Very good machine but two improvements could be made. The coffee should be hotter. No big deal heat a cup in microwave. Should be able to make stronger coffee. Not having this option means bean choice is limited.

Having owned this for over 2 weeks now I am definitely pleased with my choice of machine. It looks great in the kitchen and makes the perfect coffee. Great support from the seller also checking if everything is ok. Highly recommended

Bought this machine in 2020 during the lock down. Honestly, the best decision I made. This is an impressive machine. You can taste how fresh the coffee is. Love the many drink options it has.

Makes good coffee, but you can’t control volume of water. Can’t make an americano brew quite small coffees if you use standard ikea mugs.

This machine has been in daily use for a couple of months now. It makes an excellent cappuccino and latte macchiato and the variety of strengths available is more than adequate for my family.

Working for few weeks since I got itfew weeks before and result is better than expected, makes 5-6 coffees a day... Perfect for home use.

This was a fathers day gift. These are simply the best super automatic coffee/espresso/cappuccino makers on the market, personally we have had 3 in the past 20 years, influenced friends to get one, my sister, and now my father.Easy to use, makes great coffee and after you use it you won’t care to spend money on Starbucks or other coffee shops over priced coffee.The machine will pay for itself, friends come over for the coffee, not to see me LOL.unfortunately I have the older model so I will need to wait to get the new model with the upgrade.The new model allows you to set the coffee temp up to 180 deg F, old model calibration is 164f, Inlike that option. Also new model is more compact and easier to clean and use.For under $600, unbelievable value. the sellers Customer service at (Whole Lotte Love) is Superb, any questions they are there to help, Even an 81 year Old Father.No regrets and this new model is better.Italian made

È la prima volta che uso una macchina automatica e vengo da una macchina a cialde ese.Partiamo con il dire che ho impostato la macinatura sulla più fine e massima quantità di caffè con temperatura max. Il caffè esce acquoso e non cremoso. Non mi riferisco allo strato di crema superficiale ma propio alla consistenza del caffè.La vaschetta raccogli acqua si riempie in fretta perché ad ogni accensione e spegnimento effettua un lavaggio con un discreto consumo di acqua.Non mi piace che prima che eroghi il caffè cadono alcune coccioline di acqua nella tazzina.La schiuma del latte ha molte bolle e non è bella compatta. Appena inizia ad emulsionare il latte spruzza l'acqua rimasta nel circuito nella tazza annacquando il tutto.La preinfusione non può essere disattivata.Nello scomparto del caffè premacinato può essere inserito il caffè d'orzo per i più piccoliSto usando i chicchi di caffè borbone blu .Il caffè è migliore di altri ma non ha quella densità che deve avere un espresso. Risulta sempre acquoso pur usando più di 10g per caffè.Il problema del caffè acquoso è la velocità di defluizione dell'acqua. Troppo veloce e non riesce a fare un'estrazione decente. Non c'è modo di abbassare il flusso tramite impostazioni.La macchina è abbastanza facile da pulire e manutenere.Ho notato che dietro il gruppo infusione si vanno a depositare residui grossolani di caffè macinato che non verrà utilizzato.Per me è No.

This machine works great! Quite running and reliable. Doesn't catch 100% of the coffee grinds in disposal container, but nothing to excessive

We’ve had this for nearly two years and love the coffee it makes. BUT it is so loud. The grinding of the beans is the quiet part. If you’re in a house where everyone rises at the same time, it works. But it may be too awakening in a home with varying waking hours.
