Q: The lip balm I received was covered in a grit or dirt like substance & balm did not cointain a safety seal either. Do these balms not come sealed?

The plastic lip balm comes in a cardboard container. The lid on the plastic container only has a cap, not sealed. It should not be griddy. Its smooth and goes on smooth.

Q: How many come to a pack?

Only one when I ordered. No indication of a "pack". Love it!!
