We have very little yard and have been basically trapped at home (avoiding COVID) since everything started. One can only ride so many laps around the driveway and dig so much in mud puddles. My active boys (4/6/8) LOVE this thing! We had a replacement the following day. Their customer service is amazing!!Be sure to protect the entire tree with the felt. Rubbing against the bark can damage the tree or the slackline.

Its pretty good and the kids mostly like it. Its a pain in the ass to set up, and the swing doesnt work because the lower rope is in the way.

Updating my review here- we originally ran into a snag as the max circumference of your smallest tree needs to be 70 in or less. Branton was wonderful and custom made us one to fit, as well as some additional accessories of our choice for our trouble. I will say that everything is really nice quality- from the lines and ratchets to the accessories. It’s a great variety and our 8 year old will be challenged by this for a while! Being able to easily change the order of the items on the line will keep it fresh too. He is a monkey and hasn’t fully beaten it yet! Even our more chill 5 year old enjoys hanging on the swing. I’ve already recommended to several coworkers who saw my son playing on it. Great value!

This product is a major hit for summer ,it is very sturdy and top quality. I have seen reviews saying it is low quality and really don't understand why. I have had slacklines before and none matches this quality. On top of the quality, the most important thing is this company has the best service ,they helped me set it up and even guided me through the process of which Ninja kit to purchase and guaranteed me if anything goes wrong they will happily replace with no question asked. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend this product and company.

Bought this for grandsons, ages four and two. Very challenging for them at first, but have it close to ground, so they can play and learn.The quality and build of this set is excellent. I expect it to last a long time. Parts are easy to assemble. However, I strongly suggest two people and two ladders and no kids present to properly install and adjust!!I recommend this set for quality and variety of parts.

Assembly was straightforward, but not easy. After numerous adjustments, we thought we found the right height for the line and the various attachments.Once we had everything in place, we tightened the ratchet as much as possible. Our 6-year old daughter, who weighs only 50 pounds, hopped into the swing, and it immediately sank to the ground. She got off, and we tinkered and tightened again. We raised the swing as much as we could, while still allowing her to reach the seat. Again, she hopped on, and the line sagged all the way until she was practically sitting on the ground.We tried several times again to reposition the attachments and raise the line on the trees - but if you raise it too high, the kids can’t even reach the attachments.We can’t physically tighten the ratchet anymore, and the line can’t even support one 50 pound kid.What an utter waste of money.

If you have kids and you are outdoors often this is a must have.We drive way into the bush secluded and set up this portable playground for the kids.Easy to use and good quality. Highly recommended. You can also get a zip lip attachment which I'll be getting asap
