perfect, with Minwax you can't be wrong
perfect,with Minwax you can't be wrong, easy to spay with a ratio of 10% thinner, low pressure and thats it,you get the job done within a day,let it cure for six or seven days before wet sanding and buffing ,my LesPaul restoration is just perfect with this fantastic fhigh gloss finish.the secret is,take your time.

Great quality
Even though it is used for primarily wood, I see it as possible that it can be used on glass, metal, and ceramics. I used it on a few liquor bottles, a lamp base, and a mantle clock. The results are incredible and they showed no signs of easy peeling or cracking. I trust Minwax and their products with best quality and durability.

Great for guitars with 1 caveat
This is nitro cellulose bc I contacted the manufacture and confirmed. That said, this particular nitro formula does not have the ideal amount of hardener, which means that the finish will be a tad soft, but more important, it does not generate finish cracks nearly as easily (the finish can self heal).
