I got this product it’s beautiful ! I was a bit skeptics as when I first opened it it felt wet and damp but soon dries off could be because of the packaging

Disappointed!!
The idol as such is very good, but i received a damaged one, there is a crack by the neck and it was very dirty, looks like a used one. I have returned it. The seller should really scrutinize their quality check before shipping it. Very disappointed.
