I didn't even know these existed until my co-worker showed me his. I paid the same for these 2 as he did at Wally World. Now I can keep one at home and one in my office. They are absolutely great. I was worried about the quality of construction, but they are the same as his in look and feel except for the color. The easiest setting is for just about anybody, while the strongest setting is very tough. It is practically infinitely adjustable between the two limits. If I had one complaint, it would be that there is no way to index what setting you are at, short of counting the number of rotations of the adjustment knob. This isn't really an issue for me because I'm the only one using them, but if you are sharing one with someone, it would be difficult to get back to your exact settings if they are changed. That's a very minor concern though, not worth removing a star.

I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands. I recently realized my grip strength has lessened - a lot. I was looking for a pair of hand grips to help me regain my grip. So many sellers offered only 1 hand grip at high prices. Then I found these grips by MegaMetz. They're amazing! First of all i received 2 at a great price ($11.99 at time of my purchase). Secondly, they're adjustable - which is fantastic! They're so easy to adjust. Third, you can use them either right side up or upside down. This turned out to be a great option for me as I learned when trying them out. I learned that it's more comfortable for me to use them right side up for my right hand and upside down for my left hand. Last, and not least - they come with a lifetime warranty! When you register for the warranty you even get a free ebook with weight lifting instructions. I honestly cannot find anything negative about these hand grips. I highly recommended them to people with hand problems like myself or anyone who wants to improve the hand/wrist strength..

Worked great for just under one year then the metal spring snapped on one of the hand grips and a week later the metal spring snapped on the the second one. Metal springs breaking? Reeks of defective metal.

They are well constructed and easy to adjust, but my issue is they are a little small. I dont have big hands but find them small. Overall they are nice for the money but if you have larger hands this might not be for you.

WHAT I LIKE: I'd give it a 1 star except:#1 the adjustable tensioner is a nice featureWHAT I DON'T LIKE:#1 The caps that fit over each tensioner falls out as you're using the devicesI sometimes hear it and pick it up or family members spot it on the floor#2 The handle length is definitely not long enough for large hands. My last digit cannot even remotely fit the grip beyond catching the bottom corner. Very awkard and that finger gets no benefit whatsoever.Going to return and search for something else.

I leave quite a few reviews, and try to be brutally honest... well, here is another one. These hand grips are...............AWESOME!!!!!I have noticed over the last year that my arthritis is getting worse and I'm losing my grip strength. I've purchased other hand grip trainers and they're pitiful at best, way too easy, no adjustments, etc. For my right hand, the full strength setting is tough but doable, but for my left I had to back off some, but when you turn them upside down even my right hand had some trouble closing it so that is great. I can start working my hands and building my grip strength back up. So if you're looking for a great grip workout, grab a pair of these. Since they come in a set of two, you can work both hands and save time.
