Tommee Tippee Baby Sleep Bag, The Original Grobag Snuggle, Soft Bamboo-Rich Fabric, 3-9m, 1.0 Tog, Moon Child

Lovely patterns on these sleeping bags, and the quality of them seems good. We've got three of them and they're much easier than using blankets as our little one kicks them straight off!I am disappointed though that we never got to use the swaddle function as this was one reason we got these sleeping bags. Our baby was born almost a month early and was only little, but these sleeping bags were way too tight to get his arms tucked in, even when he was less than 1 month old!He's now nearly 7 weeks old and his feet are already at the end of the sleeping bags, so I don't think they'll last much longer- certainly not up to 4 months as the size suggests!Overall a nice idea and they look good, but a bit on the small side and won't last long.

I love this sleep bag. I went for the 1 tog because our house gets very warm, even in winter. It suits perfectly, like a light blanket she can’t kick off.I followed the advice from other reviews which said it’s quite small fitting, so went for the 3-6 months even though she’s only 6 weeks. It suits fine and should last a while.Purchased the dark blue with stars design, she looks like a little wizard which I love, and it’s nice to have some more interesting colours for a newborn, which are often just very pale.Overall very pleased.

Overall, this sleeping bag is cute, cozy and well made (as expected for the price and brand!)Tommee Tippee (who bought out Gro) claim this is the safest baby sleep on the market. What they mean is the smallest neck hole. My baby is only 3 months old, right at the bottom of the suggested age range, but has a 90th percentile head. This bag leaves marks on her little neck!Recommended for smaller-necked babies only...

I love the pattern and it’s a nice soft fabric. However we only use this as a sleeping bag and it is too snug across the body for my five month old who is not particularly big. I therefore don’t think this will have longevity up to 9 months, and would have returned it and bought something looser if I could bring myself to do so during the pandemic.

I love how Tommee tippee refer to this as the “original grobag” when it couldn’t be further from the truth.This is an awful new design.The zip on the 4-9 month old size is already cutting into my son’s neck, he is only 5 weeks old.Far too tight across chest & that is without the arms in.Sending this back.Bring back the old/original design

Pros: Look lovely and double zip very convenient for nappy changes(BIG!) Cons: Although dressed how instructions said to at the room temperature, my daughters legs and feet were freezing to the touch in the morning. My gut told me that the bag did not feel thick enough to keep her warm but I went with the recommendations given - I felt awful!! Expected the instructions to be accurate and give good information but instead put my child at risk. Not very happy. I would personally say the 1.0 tog is not atall suited for ‘colder’ weather at all (22 degrees or under). Would not recommend using outside of summer months.

I bought the 2.5 tog for our newborn and was very pleased with the quality of this product. The fabric has a nice, soft feel and the 'Moon Child' print is lovely. It has two sturdy zippers, which is convenient for a quick nighttime nappy change. Also, it air-dries fairly easy considering its volume. Only used it as a sleeping bag and not for swaddling, so can't comment on the latter, but I liked it so much that bought another one when our little one outgrew this one. Too bad the 'Moon Child' print is available at 1 and 3.5 tog for the 3-9 months size, so I had to buy another design at 2.5 tog. In any case, I definitely recommend it!

Patterns and quality are good. We use this product instead of using a blanket. Because this product cannot move. He also sleeps more securely while sleeping. We usually prefer to use it at night sleep. It is free during the day. The zipper is a little bad. We are having a hard time closing the zipper.
