This is a very nice unit. It is light, sturdy, and easy to install. So far it's been flawless as far as it's motion detection feature. Also the brightness is good and lights up along a carport area. Thinking of getting additional units for the sides of the house. Very happy with it so far. Thank you

Doesn't waste battery by coming on in the daytime. Is not overly sensitive to where it would come on from tiny motions like a tree blowing in the wind or leaves blowing by.It will however come on when a person walks anywhere in front of it.It's highly versatile. It's weather proof. Gets rained on all the time and still works perfectly after 3-4 months of use. The ability to mount the solar panel away from the light is an excellent option. I have the panel outside of my screened in porch, but the light in the porch, and it always has never run out of battery on me yet. It's very bright. I'm able to check the tire pressure on my motorcycle before I ride because it provides plenty of light for the entire 8 ft by 6 ft porch.I plan on buying another for my front door area. And maybe one for the carport as well. The ability to mount the solar panel away from the light means I can use one in all of those locations.

Works perfect for our small carport. It's range of motion is wide. It catches motion to the street and is pretty bright for the size. Only con is it doesn't stay on very long. Wish it had an adjustment for time, but it's great for the price.

This is my second set. I’m very pleased with these lights. I have 5 acres. In Bear country. I use these to light up the terraces on my little mountain. No problems yet they work as they should. Seem to work well even without the sun. I guess they hold a good charge. Of course I’m not down there monitoring them 24 seven. But of course they work when I walk down there.

I really do wish it were brighter as with some of the other lamps.However, i must say it was very very easy to install. The designer of this lamp must be really commended for making it such that one could screw in one piece and then clip the other piece on. Made the install very very easy.I installed on the entryway to the porch between 2 trees. Hence the long cable was very welcome and useful.I knocked off 2 points for brightness, because i felt that the other light I purchased from Amazon was much brighter than this one and had a greater range of detection. This one had lower light output from its LED's from what I could see. The other one was more expensive, and maybe that was a factor in all honesty.It is quite functional and it is more easy to install than the other one I bought from amazon.Seems to work well

I bought 3 of these about 16 months ago to mount along the side of our house where we have grassy strip our dogs use to play & do their business. Gets very dark at night & the dogs are small (mini dachshunds) but as soon as they are in range the lights turn on, bright & expansive, & stay on for a minute or so. As soon as motion is detected they go back on. Needless to say they are a godsend (both the lights & the dogs).

I have mounted these lights over a year ago onto trees facing my home. No one notices them until they approach past those trees. Motion sensitivity is excellent and bright. Very easy to mount.

I first bought the 3 lights solar outdoor lights. Really like them. Nice and bright and come on quickly with motion. So I read the reviews and watched the videos for this single light and it looked as though it would be brighter and better. Not so. It's up on the side of the house, too late to return, so be it!

Easy to install, very light and everything included. The screw heads are small, and easy to strip - so pre-drill if screwing into wood!As you can guess from the price, these are very basic, you can’t adjust the motion detection area and there’s no on or off switch. I didn’t need any of that so these were perfect for me.I installed it at 4pm and they came on at 6pm when I walked by as a test, so it charged quickly and is nice and bright. Very happy.
