Q: Are these rods flexible? Would I be able to hammer them into a groove in wood to create an inlay?

The are somewhat flexible, but I am not certain that you could pound them into wood to make an inlay. I think the wood would be too soft, even if it was extremely hard.

Q: Are these perfectly round? They might be useful in a project i have going

Perfectly round is a very subjective term and would depend on your tolerances (thousandth, ten thousandths, etc) I used them as pins in a knife handle and did not have problems with them fitting into holes from a drill press. If that helps

Q: Can I use a "Forney 47300 Bare Brass Gas Brazing Rod" to braze the joins a suction and liquid copper pipes of a Condenser Unit?

Don't know for sure but suspect they will work. I use them for stained glass projects and they solder to copper and lead very nicely. Best to ask someone who does brazing routinely.

Q: Can I use a plumbers propane torch with these rods?

Probably not, propane is great for soft solder, tinning, and low temp silver solder (like SIL-Flos) usually there is not enough heat to melt and cause the brass to flow unless the work is extremely thin and light (like20 ga sheet steel or some auto body parts). Best application is with a soft Oxy-aceteline or Mapp gas torch, or if available a TIG system does beautiful work, without flux too! Good Luck!
