I'm far from being good about exercise so I was looking for something that could be a little different and even fun but still allow me to get my daily exercise in. I can tell you that going from no ab exercise to using this for a few days, it works! I'm definitely feeling the work all the way from my thighs to my shoulders. The packaging is a little lackluster, you're given the wheel, the bar, and a grip that you place on after you feed the bar through. It wasn't the most stable once I used it but I expect this may also be due in part to my (lack of) upper body strength. The tread texture on the wheel is nice but does pick up any dirt or dust on the surface where you use it, so you may have to wipe it down from time to time. The grips feel very nice and are easy to hold onto. The rolling motion is smooth as well. I wish they included a pamphlet of some exercise tips or motions to try for a newbie like me, but overall a great product for someone just starting out or returning to exercising.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I've been looking for a way to get healthier at or around home without putting a huge dent in my budget. I found this ab roller and decided to purchase it. I've never used one before, but have read good things about them. I received this quickly after purchasing, opened the box and assembled it. There are the vaguest of instructions on the box on how to use the product, but I was able to find some YouTube videos very easily for more detailed instructions. I've been using it the "easy" way since I am definitely a beginner, but there are online tutorials on several different moves for the ab roller.This roller seems very sturdy, and came with an extra padded handle in case one of the two on the bar tears. The bar is a strong metal and holds up to my larger body weight. The wheel moves as smoothly as you'd expect. Before I start I will mention that I have received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and based my experience with it, it has earned it's rating. Me and my SO have started working out together, and this is a must have if you're working on improving your core, abs, a bit of shoulders and back from home exercises. Right now, we're doing the exercise where you start from your knees, and roll all the way forward as much as you can and then come back, and the day after working out we're so sore! Few sets of workouts with this roller, and you're gonna feel so exhausted and sore. The grip on the handles is just perfect, the wheel size is good, i couldn't find any flaws with it. Putting it together and apart takes just a few seconds, and you can store it anywhere. The bar is made of steel, there's no way you could break or bend it.

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. The product arrives unassembled, but is easy to assemble by sliding the bar through the hole and sliding on the second sleeve. It is quite sturdy and rolls very easily. The wheel has a rubber outer so that it does not scratch your floor and has a good level of friction allowing you to maintain your balance. It takes a bit of getting accustomed to, but once you do try out different angle. Rather than just go straight you can go to either side to target your obliques. Always engage your ab muscles while working.You will also feel it in your triceps and your lats. It is not an instant fix to tightening up your abs, but I believe over time I will begin to see the difference. Overall a nice, sturdy, comfortable and inexpensive product well worth the price. I expect to get a lot of long term use out of it. The wheel is very light and does not take up a lot of space. I think it is a handy tool to have, especially when you cannot get to the gym everyday. It is actually fun to use.
