Mitid Wireless Mini Keyboard RGB Backlit 2.4G Remote with Mouse Touchpad Combos

If anyone in the house sets this anywhere other then where it is supposed to be - total house panic mode sets in. This thing has been the easiest remote to use especially compared to the remote that comes with the Android box that you have to aim the remote directly at to even get it to work half of the time - not with this guy! This guy has worked while my husband is typing on it in the kitchen from around the corner from where the box is located. That is the type of signal strength in a controller I wish every single electronic came with! For the price you can't go wrong!

Pretty nice but does have some minor issues.I purchased two of these keyboards and I am pretty happy with them so far. I did notice that there are no Home, End, Insert, Tilde/Grave, Page Up or Page Down keys, at least none I have not found. The only things that would make this better is if it supported Bluetooth and had a back-lit keyboard but I can live without those.I was very surprised how small it light was. I was thinking it would be a little bigger with more bulk. Its not horrible, but it does make using the track pad tricky. You cant Tap and Hold/Drag with the track pad like you can with standard track pads, you have to use the top left trigger and the track pad at the same time to drag and drop.I also took one of them apart because of all the reviews of people saying the connector broke or their device stopped working. Sure enough the soldering job on the connector is very poor and there is no reinforcement for it. I added some solder to it, and reinforced it with hot glue to help prevent it from breaking. I highly suggest everyone do this. If your connector broke, there is a good chance you can solder it back to the board if the solder pads did not get ripped from the board.

Had mine for a few years and for the last few i have had a constant battle keeping it clean. It has this texture what creates a gummy residue which can be quite annoying. It almost feels like you have to scrape it off or use gunk remover as you cannot wash a remote. But passing a cloth on it to clean it makes it worse. It's the material it's cheap and crappy.I

This is very useful if you are running an HTPC. However it gets very tedious if you are running anything that needs more than a couple of keystrokes.Pros-Long battery life, over a month and it is still going.Media keys are great for an HTPCGeneric drives = great cross platform compatibilitytouchpad is generally responsiveCons- It's sleep mode is very aggressive, after about 10 seconds of inactivity it will go into sleep mode. The problem with this is that you need to press a button to wake it up fully, it is a small issue but I found it very annoying especially when trying to pause a video. Build quality is not very good, The metal housing on my model is was not secured properly and it came out in the computer. It wasn't too big of a deal and the device still works.Overall it is cheap and small and if those are your two requirements I would recommend this.

The design and layout of this device is excellent. The touch pad is better than expected with decent multi touch. The inclusion of left and right click shoulder buttons is genius. It makes dragging and dropping easy on a touch pad like this. The buttons are responsive and have a solid feel to them. The build quality is excellent considering the cost. It is small but all the buttons are completely accessible and easy to press. You are not accidentally pressing a bunch of buttons at once. The unit is light but doesn't feel cheap. It doesn't flex when you type on it or even when you try to bend it. Honestly my only complaint about the unit is the case material. it is a little slick to the touch. if you are looking for a small htpc or kodi keyboard, I would completely recommend this one.

It feels cheaply made, afraid to drop it for fear it will break but it is light. Battery doesn't last all that long if you are putting decent use into it. The functions are great, having all these keys which you can use on a Windows machine is wonderful. The colors are pretty good and its adjustable brightness is nice. The keys feel ok but if you try to type fast you'll miss keys, so you have to go kind of slow and be very intentional with your key presses. For $15 though it gets the job done for quick stuff all the while being small and portable similar to a TV remote control. It is radio, not IR so that is a huge plus. All in all pretty happy, just don't expect to be typing an essay using it or you'll be disappointed.

I bought this to replace the annoying remote that came with my Android TV Box. It took me about a good 30 minutes (came with instructions. Did i read them? Absolutely not.) to figure out how to use this thing. I got stuck trying to get the mouse pointer to show up and it took me to reboot the system for it to show up. It came charged but I used my computer for 15 minutes to add a little more juice to it. The track pad is not that sensitive, it moves at the perfect speed. The only thing that's missing is a power button, I was looking to fully replace my TV Box remote. But that is not worthy of knocking a star off the review. In the future, I will be buying the back lit one because it's a pain turning the light on to use this in low light. Other than that, no

Great little keyboard, good range, very smooth input, even though my Kodi install is a little laggy. I like the functionality of all of the buttons, my only complaint is that if there is a button to open the options for each individual episode, I can't seem to find it so that I can add things to favorites or check information. So when I want to do that, I do still need to use the regular android box remote. Pointer functionality is also good, a very nice little touchpad that I didn't even need to change the settings on at all. Has great battery life, too, haven't needed to charge it since I initially did when I first bought it.

Very tiny fits in the palm of your hand about 5"wide and 3 long but the keys big enough to get what you want. Bought for my mother and she really likes it. This keyboard has the back and forward buttons on the "shoulders" of the keyboard so they are very easy to get at and use. The range is good and it connected immediately. Has a rechargeable battery that is good for a few weeks of on and off usage. I really haven't run into any problems with it.

Received it two days ago,Use it right away. Hand touch very comfortable, easy connect with my tv box, laptop and even try it connect with my desktop. Specially when I use it with projector （connect with my tv box) , it more easy control than the original controller, because this pad come with full keyboard function, so easy to type in movie name to do search.

Wow, more convenient than I thought. I have a DVD player with network, so I can watch everything from Youtube to Netflix. However, inputting is troublesome. All I had is the remoter. Now this mini keyboard really helps me out.Will recommend to my friends.

The keyboard worked well for the first 3 days after that the mouse cursor disappeared. This makes the keyboard useless for me since i need this to navigate on my android box. I wouldnt purchase this again.
