I waited 2 weeks to write a review. I did some research before purchasing a supplement, especially whether or not the reviews on here were fake. I can tell you, I bought this, wasn't paid- and am going to tell you my true blue experience.For some background, I'm vegan and work out regularly. I cut coffee out of my life at the beginning of the year, and even stopped drinking tea so before receiving these pills, caffeine was not a part of my everyday intake. That concerned me because supplements like these sometimes make you jittery from the caffeine- and some of the reviews mentioned it as well. I also don't consume alcohol.I started with 1 pill as the bottle recommends and then a 2nd. It really does give you energy and I didn't feel jittery once. I didn't experience any crashes and have no issues getting to sleep. And it definitely aids with my mood. Noticeable difference. I'm way more calm, focused as it says, and just overall well balanced. As far as fat burning goes, I can't say I've lost weight because I don't weigh myself regularly- but it does make me feel lighter in general and less bloated. They also help you get through those workouts when you're usually tired from a long day or just fatigued from a week of working out.I just went through hurricane Irma this week. I haven't been able to work out regularly or eat how I usually do. I have no electricity and am under an immense amount of stress. At one point, I slept in my car overnight- only got 2 hours of sleep, and was able to function without coffee or any tea the following day at work. I haven't been grumpy or stressed, and even though I'm not eating as well as I usually do or working out as much- I still don't feel bloated and heavy. I'm truly grateful I had these pills throughout this experience. They helped keep me evened out emotionally, and with enough energy to deal with everything before, during, and after Irma.I usually don't write lengthy reviews, but this deserves it. I recommended it to the ladies in my family, and will definitely buy more when I finish the bottle. Well worth it.

I have tried many fat burners from GNC, and gotten major jitters or headaches from them. I decided to try this about a year ago and I fell in love! It suppresses my appetite and gives me a boost of energy WITHOUT jitters or headaches. I take just 1 before my workout, or before I start my day and it kicks in nicely! It really does help you lose weight, help you focus, and give you a sustained energy. I really hope they don't stop making this, I don't know what I would do!

I've been taking it for about a month an haven't seen much difference

I do believe it works. I also work out 5 to 6 times a week, and watch my nutrition. I take one in morning, and 2 before lunch. I found taking 2 in morning made me jittery.

I took this for a month straight, worked out everyday and cut calories to 1000 a day. I gained 3 lbs. Don't waste your money!!
